its a really nice place to live the rules have been the same for years its just funny how some people get mad when they don't follow the rules and then they get called out for it . the rent goes up every year not every few months so people need to stop lying the owner has added cameras and security gates to keep the park safe as well as more lighting the park has really changed in the last few years some people just get mad because the owner tells them to clean their space and to get rid off junk cars with in the park yes it is a mobile home park but it can still look nice and clean if people listen to the rules. im very happy here if people have a problem with following rules and want to complain then pull your home out no one is forcing you to rent the space

Lived there some years ago and have family members that still live there. I got out as soon as I could and bought a home instead, following many things that management and the owner tried to get away with. The rent goes up every couple months with nothing being added to the property. They try to charge you for any little thing. They are truly worse than an HOA. Had my car broken into multiple times while parked in my lot and in the guest parking and was told it was not their problem. They go hard after some tenants and are lax on others. There is a lot of favoritism. I would warn to stay away unless you like people monitoring the way you live and try to charge you for breathing. It’s not on the best side of town so regardless I guess you get what you pay for but even then, they’re trying to charge upscale prices with nothing in return. Do not recommend, corrupt owner/management.

the worst place to live, from the owner who feels he can do whatever he wants with the property, to the employees who feel like they own the place !! They change the rules of the place constantly and the rent constantly increases. They always find the smallest detail to charge for everything..

Very racist against Afro Americans, I'm the only raisin in the rice bowl living there and they changed my space rent from $600 a month to over $1,800 a month because I wanted to sell my home at a profit. They told my realtor they're not going to allow me to sell and is going to evict me for trying to sell at a profit.

I was one of the kids in the early 2000s living there.. I was always running around with other kids.. riding bikes around the park lol I got into so much trouble.. I use to climb trees and get yelled at by the owner lol

I used to live right next to June back in early 2000's to 09, she by far is a great person, you can't blame everything on the management, people need to clean up their own things. I have lots of memories as a kid riding bikes around the park, and a lot of respect for the parks south side by Lee ave. if anything you cant expect much from Adelanto California. Make the best of what you have and stop blaming people for your choices, if you don't like the park than move to somewhere else.
