Wes has been a great host and very accommodating. The showers are clean and even a tub shower for anyone who enjoys that. Laundry room and clubhouse very nice and great place to walk the dogs. Beautiful views of the mountains!!

Great park with clean family restrooms and convenient to White Sands. We got a cable box from manager and had no problems. Buddy sites though no one at the trailer on one side of us. Easy in and out. Gravel sites not much shade. Can't beat the price.

Incredible amenities! The cbathrooms were amazing - CLEAN and felt like we were at home. They even had bathtubs! Domino's Pizza delivered to us at our RV so that was an experience =) Laundry facilities were open until 9pm. Overall a great stay.

West is really nice. It is quiet with beautiful mountain and desert views. The clubhouse is small but clean with books, tv, puzzles, a small laundromat, and a full kitchen. No one disturbed my food when I had to use the fridge. It is nothing fancy but it's great for a comfortable stay. The main issue I had here was the sign is hard to see at night so I tend to overshoot it. The manager can be hard to get a hold of. Mostly it was wonderful. I stayed here for 4 months so long term is ok for 240 a month and your own electric.

Fine for what it was. $25 cash for full hookups pull thru, all gravel. Plenty of room for our 37’ with tow dolly and leaving car attached if we wanted. Close to White Sands, easy to get in and out of. We stayed one night.
