Not fancy but plenty of space. Right off highway but pretty quiet. Near a train track but only heard 1 train at 4pm. Clean and nice restrooms and showers. Room to walk dog but very small dog pen. The locals seem friendly

Great location between Quartzsite and Parker. We got a super space, nice and wide. They don't have picnic tables or fire pits, but you can bring your own fire pit and they have a place to dump the ashes. They have a nice clubhouse with bingo every Thursday, TV, movies and games. The WiFi is only available in the clubhouse. There's two laundry rooms with nice front load machines. They pick up trash from your site daily and will pick up and fill your propane tanks for you. Park is very clean with some trees. There's a bit of traffic noise, but it doesn't bother me at all. Our pricing is based on the January/February rate for that month. This is a 55 and older park.

Very clean & spacious RV Park. Sites are full hookup & well spaced for this type of park. Power is meters and charges out @ US$0.22/kw. The service center washrooms & showers are exceptionally clean. Not much shade so running A/C was a must for us to cool off the camper before bed time. Night time temps cooled off so sleeping was comfortable. The park is a 2 mile (30 minute) walk to the Mariachi restaurant which serves excellent food. The Road Runner and Dollar General stores are along the highway if your in a pinch for groceries but wouldn't be our first choice for restocking.

Clean showers and bathrooms. Washer and driers are less than a year old. Easy access to propane for RVs of any size.
