Great water pressure and clean smelling water. Nice laundry and bathroom. The dog park has sharp rocks rather than rounded or preferably grass. My old boy had a hard time walking in the sharp gravel.

2nd time staying here. Well run, great managers, clean facilities, easy in and out with pull-through sites. Only negative is that it's right next to a busy highway, so road noise can be substantial and even interrupting sleep. Overall nice and welcoming.

The showers! Clean and family style. Shower head is high enough for tall folks and detachable. Roomy and ADA accessible. We alternate primitive camping with RV parks and this shower was a destination! Friendly staff, would definitely come back.

Clean attractive park and well laid out, reasonable prices for overnighting as well as fill and dump. They tolerate folks going through for Burning Man, which a lot of businesses of all sorts aren't fond of. Our oversized rig and trailer fit just around the turns in the park, they wouldn't in other parks. They have some drinks and snackies in the office for sale, which is nice, too. The real stars are the staff. Super nice folks, very invested in their family business.

We had a truck issue that needed a dealer visit, and on short notice, the Desert Rose got us a weekend spot, concrete pad, shaded area....just everything you could hope for when already having a vacation nightmare! Place was clean, friendly, and felt safe. Clean bathrooms/showers/laundry area, staff great, and nicely stocked lil' park store for essentials. Highly recommend!

The people and accommodations are wonderful at this RV spot. The safest and most sought-after park in Fernly. The maintenance is fast and they care about the cleanliness of the park. Well maintained showers for guests to use with a nice laundry facility as well. Price may be a little steep. But you pay for what you get here.

The staff is great. I needed to stay in town unexpectedly for 2 nights until I could get my truck in the shop Monday morning. They had vacancy and let me check in at 10 am. Very nice people and helpful. The sites are ok. Level concrete pad. 10 foot strip of grass between each site. Most have a tree and picnic table. Given the location I wouldn't expect much more. This is a good place to be if you are looking for an rv park in the Fernley area.

This, was a very nice RV park. The staff was incredibly friendly and the park was very well kept. The bathrooms were big, clean and the showers hot clean. One of the top 10 campground bathrooms I've been in and I've been traveling many years......Great job staff....

Prices are fair, lovely place to stay, very quiet even though there was traffic outside the park..laundry room and restrooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again...thanks so much for the hospitality..

Great rv park. Very friendly, reasonable rate and even though it’s backed right up to the highway, there’s very little noise due to the sound barrier walls they have in place. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet and clean!!

Really nice, well set up and well run. Site 151 was perfectly level. Sadly, we had to unhook anyway to get food and fuel. Showers, laundry, and rec room were spotlessly clean.

This is a very nice campground! It’s very clean and well maintained. The concrete pads and pull through spot make it a breeze to set up and everyone we’ve come in contact with has been gracious and very helpful. The shower facilities are spotless. I would definitely stay here again!
