I usually only give reviews for extraordinary reasons, good or bad. This time I'm glad to say it's good. The park itself is fine, very quiet which is my priority. Excellent cell service with Verizon, which is my second must have. Close to everything and clean. But this review is about customer service, everyone in the office I have dealt with so far has been great but I have to give praise when it's due and Cameron has been an absolute ace in helping us out. In the year we have been full time we have been around the country and stayed at countless parks, most have been decent at least and I have rarely had bad customer service but nobody and I mean nobody has gone above and beyond like Cameron has.

Specific to the RV Dump: $20 and fantastic service! Had my black and gray water tanks dumped by the gentleman who was there to help. Also rinsed through the sani-t-rinse with their provided fresh water hose. Quick and easy, took cash or credit card. Will use again if I'm in the neighborhood!

We stayed at this park for 3 days the host and the staff was very friendly The park itself was very clean and had security at night time to front gate. Definitely a nice place to stay can't wait to come back

Cam's the man! I was very well received and assisted by Cameron when I stopped by to ask questions and possibly move in. He spoke to me and my father in a very respectful manner, answered our questions, took us on a quick tour, and gave us a good feeling about the place. We are moving across country and sightseeing along the way. Our reservation at another campground was for the wrong date. I called Desert Sands late on a Friday and they accommodated us. The guard took us to our sight. He was so helpful and kind. The park is super clean. It's quiet. It's so pleasant here. On Saturday morning, we were about to pull out and noticed our rear tire looked low. Turns out the inside tire was flat and had to be replaced. This is the Vegas area and the replacement tire was $852. The park didn't charge us for being here until 3pm and were extremely understanding. We decided to stay the night and the park was so fantastic and helpful. I highly refined this park. It's convenient and wonderful.
