Interesting people in the park/vicinty but the property is neglected. Could be nice if someone cleaned up & watered. Most sites are well out of level. I'd bypass the place and Barstow too.

It's been a couple of years since I stayed for several months while working a job. The bar at the property edge was perfect for food, with a good menu, when I didn't want to cook. Park was quiet, pond was a nice feature.

Best RV park in the area! My family stayed over a year and never had any issues. It's a safe area with a few things to do close by. Debbie at the front is always so sweet and helpful! In the summer they have the pool and a small pond for fishing. I was also told they would be adding a play area for the kids! Would highly recommend!

We had a great nights stay here! We needed an overnight stay heading to Arizona from California, perfect 1/2 stop! Very reasonable price compared to others. The staff and residents were very nice. So Quite we were able to get a good nights sleep AND sleep in actually! The facility ( pool. playground, etc.. ) need a little help but we were there for just the night and was perfect for us and out 4 legged fur babies. We stayed in sites 51/52 Thank you for a good nights rest ❤️
