Great place to stay. Spacious lots with trees and full hookups. Plenty of room all around. The wonderful ladies at the office are the best. Knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very secure system for your deliveries. Getting your deliveries is a big deal on the road.

The pool and hottub tiles are coming off , concrete chipped up. The doors on the activities center are literally swelling up and peeling apart. This place is dealing with some major deffered maintenance issues. The people staying there are as nice as could be , but the 2 women who checked us in were one rude and the other was clueless.

Very nice and clean. The only draw back the manure smell at nite. Maybe we came at the wrong time of the year.

Excellent option to overnight large RVs before crossing Mexicali East. Easy pull throughs, full hookups. I usually stay several nights as El Centro has every store you need within a 10 minute drive. Home Depot across the street.

Used as a quick 1 night stopover before crossing the border @ Mexicali. Cheaped out on a 15A / water site. It was in a gravel parking lot near the pool. Recommend a full hookup up site is you stay more than a night. The washrooms were clean, but the showers were aged. The pool was nice but very cold! The dump station was the worst we have seen on our trip from. Canada through the US. The concrete basin was covered in dry mud lumps (at least we hope it was mud!). The dump backed up while we were unloading.... fortunately is was only gray water h we had to dump the cassette toilet in the washroom.
