You know it's not really a bad park. She keeps the roughians away for the most part. It is a little spendy.

It’s pretty quiet here, sunsets are top notch, reasonably priced, but would like a couple more amenities and better WiFi. WiFi is actually the only reason not 5 star

If you vaule your life and belongings Do not rent here we have been here twice now. This place is absolutely nasty the bathrooms are cleaned once a week if that thats actual state of them is even worse the curtains have never been cleaned and smell really bad. But the worst is the electric issues here multiple trailers have almost burned down due to the state of the electric boxxes. There are hardly in the ground and are falling apart. They will then blame you for it and send out a "certified electrician" who likes to say electricity will go out for noe reason as being someone who built/ repaired homes in can say the there is always a reason or cause for electricity to go out. There thing they like to do here is but a bandaid on a knife wound. If you vaule your belongings and life dont rent here.

Do not come here will call the cops on you for cleaning your car and talking to yourself. I have no idea what that’s about. Disgusting place disgusting people half the rvs here look worse than mine. obviously there’s people straight up homeless living in their RVs here their RVs are crap here man I mean my RV at least I’m attempting to fix it up and all that it’s gonna look amazing once I’m done, but these people don’t give a crap about their RVs I mean, they just don’t spend any money on them at all. They just let them rot while they live in it. It’s crazy but this place is straight up nasty just leave.
