Dierks Lake - COE/Blue Ridge
Dierks Lake is a reservoir located in the Ouachita Mountains of western Arkansas. It is located in the Blue Ridge area of the Ouachita National Forest, and is a popular destination for fishing, camping, and other outdoor activities. The lake was created in the 1950s by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and is fed by the Little Missouri River. The lake is surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest, and is home to a variety of wildlife, including bald eagles, ospreys, and beavers. The lake is also a popular spot for boating, swimming, and other water sports.
