I can understand both sides of the alcohol debate and drinking at this campsite. On the one hand you have the campers who would like to spend the weekend drinking to some extent or another. And then you have the campground managers who don't want to deal with a bunch of drunks. That aside, I have not stayed at this Campsite in a very very long time but I will tell you that it's outrageous that they're charging nearly $50 a night for a campsite. Absolutely outrageous. You're almost better off just hiking into the mountains in Pike County and making your own campsite for crying out loud.
