We pulled in to a power and water site and absolutely not one complaint! The whole area was so clean sites had lots of room and it smelled clean and was very peaceful. The pool was the perfect temperate especially for younger kiddos! My 3 kiddos loved swimming in it. The mini golf and bouncing pillow are great hits for kids. Staff is very friendly and respectful and defiantly do their best to make this campground as family friendly as can be. We will defiantly be back 🙂

Halloween in August? Cute idea, until you’re treated like a villain just for driving to your own site while kids run feral and adults glare at you like you don’t belong. Boundaries? None. Your neighbors might pitch their tent halfway into your lot. No problem, the office will happily move you… into another already occupied site. Third time’s the charm, right? Quiet hours say 10pm, but apparently that’s just a suggestion, midnight is the real party cutoff. And don’t expect any privacy: people stroll right through your campsite and past your tent all night like it’s a public sidewalk. First KOA experience, definitely the last. If you’re a couple hoping for actual camping, skip it. This is family chaos central where consideration for others doesn’t exist.

This KOA is a mixed bag. Definitely not up to the standard of any other KOA we’ve stayed at especially considering the price. Should be closer $50 a night for camping, not $75. Pool and jumping pillow are great for the kids. Pool needs to open around 9am, not 11am. Camp sites are all close to each other, no privacy, and a bit rough looking. Our fire pit was close to our trailer, and the neighbors dump hose all at the same time. Campground has potential, but needs work. Cabins look like a mobile trailer park. Looks they are building newer nicer cabins in the upper camping area. 5-6/10 overall. But think it’s the best camp site in Drumheller..

Overall good/OK stay. Kids enjoyed the jump pad for the bit it was open. Booked specifically for the pool/jump pad but discovered they were only open in nice weather. Pool area looked nice. Mini golf was nothing special and needs maintenance but at least could do in the rain. “Arcade” was a bit of an exaggeration… Had a tv in there playing a show, pool table functional, but a long row of broken arcade games - Not very neat or clean. Sites and roads need better drainage. Sites very close together. No privacy. Playground was nice to have there. Another perk is that it’s closer to the Museum.

We haven't been back to this campground in a few years and we are so happy to see work actually being put into it! The bathrooms are so clean, with shower tokens only costing a dollar for 6 whole minutes. Amazing staff not patrolling you around. The pool wasn't open but they made up by having a huge bouncy pillow for the kids, which was super fun too. The sites were clean and we had a blast for the long weekend. No complaints, love that they built stairs to the river. We will for sure be back.

Great location, close to town and the museum but very quite, unfortunately no employees available when we arrived due to illness, however all info was on the board next to main office. Very clean park, only comments for improvements, entrance and exit very rough, broken up road surfaces and closed in with tree branches, also actual lots were the same, not enough hard standing or gravel, which made it a bit muddy especially with all the rain. However a great RV park.

Nice Camp Ground. The staff where friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy. The front office was well stocked with snacks and the washrooms where very clean and well equipped. The showers take tokens which are purchased on site and provide a decent amount of time each, 6 minutes for $2. Tent sites are exposed but a decent size so there is space. We had #38 which for tenting was the best of the bunch. Close to local attractions so if you’re visiting Drumheller it’s a good choice.

Great location as far as traveling to and from local attractions however I found the site's to be dirty I found tooth floss picks in my site and an open pocket knife not to mention numerous metal bottle caps, there was food in the dishwashing area and garbage on the ground for days. I was disappointed that you had to pay for showers and with how cold and chemical ridden the pool was. We stayed for 3 nights however we avoided being at the campground more then possibly. We were also disappointed that we were charged extra for the tail end of the long weekend without notice as we were quoted one price from the Sunday to the Wednesday, if we would have known about the price difference we would have gotten a cabin elsewhere vs camping. Super expensive and not worth your money.

One of the best places here. Great area, each site is well spaced, cozy. Lots of amenities!!! Came here 9 yrs ago and should have come back more. Will do now !!
