Staff is very friendly when the call is answered. We are very appreciative of the storage area option. Difficult to reach the number trying various days/times to ask some questions, have left messages, but no one has returned my voicemail. So far the only issue we have encountered.

Great park with easy access. Plenty of trees for most sites to keep things shaded when it's warm/hot.

Quiet, many trees, friendly people. They have activities on some nights, showers are clean, lots are good size, price is lowest around

Been here for close to a year and we love it. Commute isn’t bad, drive time to the bigger areas, Gainesville, Starke, and Alachua around 20-30 minutes. Have an amazing view pond side! Peaceful neighbors. Plan on staying long term this is a good place to do it.

Great little spot to stay, gated entry, friendly and accommodating staff. Moved there for work, affordable monthly rates, location was good, between Gainesville and Starke. Nice fishing pond, Saturday night bonfires and dog park available if you have pets.
