$65/night is very high for what is basically a mobile home park. Lots of "permanent" residences. The couple who checked us in were wonderful and their communication was outstanding!! Other than that everything here was ok - nothing below average, nothing above average. Fairly level site, good water & power, clean restrooms/showers. Please don't look at the 3 stars as a negative rating. It was an expensive, average place to stay.

We visit Lake Havasu a lot because my wife's cousin Tiny lives here. This is the first time we stayed at DJs and liked it. It is a small park with around 100 spaces but the spaces are a pretty decent size. The pads are large gravel which is not bad. Some of the spaces have picnic tables. They have a club house with pool tables as well as a pool. They provide wifi which we found to be pretty good but they do not allow streaming TV. They also do not allow you to wash your car or RV. They are dog friendly. The park is down below highway 95 so you have to look for the signs to see the entrance. We wouls stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed at this resort a number of times, and have enjoyed our stay. However, two years ago, we booked a site, and we were unable to go due to Covid restrictions. They allowed us to transfer our deposit to this year. However, now I have a serious illness to contend with, and again, cannot attend. We were very polite and provided months of time for this cancellation. They stated that due to this being our second cancellation, our deposit of $287.50 would not be allowed to carry over to next year, and that the full amount would be used as a cancellation fee. Due to their lack of compassion, I cannot, and will not, promote staying at this resort.
