Although the last sentence is the bookend to the property, this RV Trailer Park is almost entirely hidden from the main road, which is separated from a side road and a paved walking trail is very close by, making privacy, comfort, and most importantly peacefullness very high. Convenience to the standard services men and women want/need are very close. Access to the metroplex is very handy in a few directions. The lots are good size and the company of people is very pleasant, and there are individual mail boxes. There are no adjoining neighbors on either side of a very well designed park, bot entry/exit, which makes tranquility stay at a very constant, good level. Trains go by, not very often, but far enough away to be of no disturbance. A very, 'Down-Home,' place. Finally, no man or woman could ask for a better owner/landlord

Quiet park, adults only, and usually longer term residents. Miix of some retired and some working class. Owners take good care of the place, keep an eye on things and are very friendly. Note that there are no additional amenities like laundry facilities here.

I have never stayed here, only drove through to see it after which I called management. This is a very small RV park, full hook ups but few additional amenities. However, conveniently located and quiet. The owner told me he had no openings for over a year. So, it wasn’t an option for a stay.
