Very loud place. Dogs running free (pit bulls) and loud Harleys at night. Laundry and shower house stinks of black mold and mildew. I kept trying to leave door open to air it out but others closed it. Probably to keep the free roaming cats and dogs out. Internet didn't work so thankfully I used my own. I work remotely. I was given a site that was basically a drainage area by looking at the ground so it was very uneven and no concrete or gravel. They didn't have it mowed or ready for me when I arrived. There was trash it and high grass. Once I settled in the next day a construction crew showed up to install new sites directly across from me. They even used my parking spot next to my van to park equipment. I tried working but could not so had to reschedule my patients (im a remote psychologist). I asked of i could move but they said no sites were available. Although I could see several were empty. It was a miserable month I would recommend that you steer clear of this place unless its a night or two.

Dodge city is easily one of the best RV parks within the DFW metroplex. The residents get along and look after one another. When it comes to some RV parks, unfortunately, crime and safety can be a concern. This is NOT the case with Dodge city. The park is clean and wash area is easily accessible. The manager Sam and assistant manager Sharla are professional, courtesy and also easily accessible. The park provides gratis internet and basic cable which is a great perk in addition to being 20-25 minutes away for entertainment from cities like Mansfield, Arlington, and Dallas. I would recommend this park for all those looking for a safe clean living space.

Stayed in site 64 for a year, park is quiet and well maintained. Large dog park, friendly staff. The girls in the office are great and hard working I’ve even seen them in the park doing maintenance lol ! Sam the manager has always made sure any questions or concerns I’ve had were answered or handled right away, Sharla is a sweet gal also. Very quiet and love how secluded it is off the main road, only complaint is the stray cats but I guess rodent control so maybe it’s not so bad 😊
