Really big, fun activities but too loud and busy for us quieter camping types.

I have been resident here since 6 years, I always loved it, but things have not been the same since new management has taking place. If I would not care and hope for change, no way I would take time a day to write this comment. -The success of this campground always has been the implications of its people with the management’s collaboration. -Also, we always felt there was empathy, some kind of caring for its people when we had questions, needs, etc… even though it was not possible to answer every requests, at least we felt somebody was listening to us. -Furthermore, we were ‘’kept in the loop’’ on what was the vision, where the campground was going, what’s new and ‘’some what’’ involved in helping the campground to grow. I truly believe these points mentioned above made this community so unique in some way and made you feel like a great customer. Unfortunately, since the new administration, the dynamic has totally changed, lack of empathy, involvement, caring, vision and collaboration. What made this place so unique is disappearing and I see frustration from a large amount of people. The same people making the difference by their involvement. Without them, there is nothing here really… No investments, no maintenance and no optimization of its actual installations… I personally been threatened by the actual manager. Am I a perfect person? No, but I believe I’m reasonable and involved in this community to make it better. I organize baseball tournaments and this year for the first time, the youth championship tournament. Never I deserved to be threatened and this technique should never be used. I hesitated to write this message by fear to be threatened again, but at this point, I got nothing to lose and this needed to come out. A good manager is a good leader, listener and is the first on in line to be there for its people. For sure, a good manager cannot make everybody happy and has to take decisions that will unplease people. Impossible to make everybody happy, we understand that. However, I guarantee you there is a high level of unsatisfied people more than satisfied at this point. Should nothing change, you will see I believe an negative affect on your business. I always give chances to people in life, I believe people can learn and become better. Unfortunately, your manager has a lack of skills, people knowledge and ability to manage your community. Plain and simple And please, if you’re only going to write a copie and paste ‘’BS’’ answer to my comment, than don’t waste my time or your time trying to look good by answering every comment… If you truly care, come and meet us, listen to your customers and take the actions needed to change this boat back in the right direction. And we will be there to help you!

In order to ensure that my opinion will be understood by the national senior management of PARKBRIDGE, I am submitting it in English. At Domaine de la Chute campsite in St-Apollinaire QC, here are some major problems in my opinion and many others: Lack of communication from management - WiFi for unreliable Internet - Poorly managed drinking water - Magnetic cards useless for entry. I personally wrote an email to your Regional Director in Quebec but I never received a response. I regret this negative opinion but I have no choice ... Parkbridge must act quickly for its future and especially for the good of our community. This is my opinion and I share it. Thank you for the continuation of things.
