My family had an absolute blast at this KOA Holiday. There is a camp store, restaurant, 2 pools (1 is heated), waterside, small splash pad, mini golf, horseshoes, 2 playgrounds, large fenced in area for dogs to run & play(bring your own toys) and I know there is more I didn't see. The staff deliver your firewood and even pick up your garbage several time a day. Plenty of scheduled activities throughout the day and they camp will text you when an activity is coming up. My kids enjoyed an afternoon swimming with a DJ and then went to a great magic show after. Our site was spacious and the fire pit was tall which helped ease our fears of a child falling into the fire. There were 2 vacation destination type homes next to our site and several throughout the camp which definitely gave a community/neighborhood type feel. This was our 1st time at a KOA Holiday and we are excited to go back. 😀

Located away from hustle and bustle but within easy drive to local attractions. Being out has allowed us to see local wildlife. That alone makes it good to me. Campsite is large with plenty of room to park towed vehicle. Lot is grass which means there are low spots to compensate for when leveling.

I believe 1 star is better than none. The reason for the 1 star is because they did have my reservation, that's the only thing that went right. When I called and made my reservation, I requested a certain site (next to my friend that is a seasonal) I even paid extra to guarantee it. When we arrived I was told the site wasn't available and it was rented out to someone else. The site they put us in barely fit our camper and when I went to ask I was told that that's we were getting and to make it work. I had to pay extra for my 4 children even though they live in the house with me, this is not okay and not a normal practice at other campgrounds. They only had one pool running and the splash pad but half of the splash pad wasn't working. The restaurant had VERY short hours of operation and the food was pricey for what you get. We did have to use the public bathrooms once and after seeing them that is the only time we used it. They are very very dirty!! I should have listened to what the recent reviews said because they are so true, this campground has definitely gone down hill. I have looked up the people giving the good reviews and it appears that they are friends with one of the workers, the manager I believe since I can see their pictures. I believe that is the main reason for the few good reviews. Please think twice before booking as there are far better and cheaper places to stay.

Very nice place. Been coming here for well over 20 years! Donna helped us so much with all our reservations and Toni in the bar was exceptional. Yes, it needs a little work, but they are trying I'm sure, they are short handed like everywhere else. Give them time!
