We stopped here overnight on our way to FL and it was fabulous! Office staff was very friendly and the park was SO clean. We'll definitely be back and would recommend this park

Great stop for an overnight! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Park is clean and well laid out for Class As. Pull-thrus fit us with a tow. Concrete pads good water pressure. They have a swimming pool too. Even storm shelter buildings close to sites. Rates are reasonable, Recommend? Yes Return? Yes

We stayed at the park for several months when we moved to Dothan, and I cannot say enough wonderful things! First, the park is incredibly well-maintained! The public restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are all exceptionally clean and well-lit. There are multiple dog parks, walking paths, and areas for kids and fun activities- and they are always clean and safe. The lawns are well-kept, and the dumpsters are easy to find and never overflowing with trash. The staff is warm, inviting, kind, and so helpful! We have ZERO complaints! I highly recommend staying here if you're in the Dothan area.

My husband and I are full time RVers and travel for his job, and we stay at this campground every time we visit his family. Skip has always found us a spot and worked with our chaotic schedule. He has always been flexible, accommodating, and fair to us. The park and its amenities are well kept and clean. The sites are level and spacious and the grass is cut weekly. One of my favorite things about this campground is the many storm shelters all over the park! I’m probably the only person to have ever used one, but knowing I have a safe place to go gives me peace of mind. This campground has given us a sense of a home base as travelers who typically move every other month all over the country, and for that we are so grateful. It’s hands down our favorite campground to be at and we always get a sense of relief when we can return!

Absolutely the most cleanest, friendliest, safest and comfortable R.V. park I’ve ever stayed at. They have long term stays available and nightly rates as well. I couldn’t get over how clean and inviting the common amenities were. The staff and grounds keepers were on point. Even the long timers were quiet, courteous and friendly. We had zero issues when we stayed there for a month. I can’t praise this rv park enough. If I could pick this place up and move it somewhere else I’d put Disney Land out of business period. As far as Dothan Alabama, if I never go there again it will be too soon. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a horrible or unsafe place and the local residents are more than friendly and welcoming. However the work ethic in southern Alabama is totally bass ackwards and when compared to where I come from the employees act like they are doing you a favor. In addition to that the service workers simply move at their own pace and if they are not busy they will call it a day 2 to 3 hours early if not more. So great park not so much great area
