Location is fabulous. Wonderful views of downtown Little Rock. Walking bridge will take you directly downtown. Bath houses are nice and they have laundry and ice onsight. Will definitely be back.

We are a full time traveling family with kids and have been to 40+ RV parks across the USA. We stayed here for 2 weeks. I give this park 3 stars but sadly that has more to do with its location and surrounding area than with how the park is run. What I liked: - gated on all sides - beautiful view of the river, bridge, city and sunset - level, clean sites with well arranged hookups - the whole park is clean and tidy - bathrooms and laundry room very clean and in great shape - I loved that I can buy quarters for the laundry with my credit card on file - other campers and residents were respectful and kind - walking or biking distance to downtown - overall a quiet park but we did hear a lot of ambulance sirens daily I want to say about every other hour - we felt safe in the park but questionable in the area around it - great coffee shops across the river and city park with walking paths The things I didn’t like: - the park is small and sort of looks like a parking lot for RVs. While the view of the river is beautiful it is very much concrete and gravel. I think it’s great for a short stay. - the area surrounding the campground is where a lot of homeless people hang out. We would see them sleep right outside the gate sadly. - the businesses on the north side of the river close to the park are sketchy and heavily surrounded by a lot of homeless - sadly the area also is very littered however I did see city crew cleaning up one of the days Overall our stay was pleasant, safe and I would recommend this RV park for a short stay or a night stop. Within the park everything was great and as it should be and if the surrounding area continues to improve this would be a great place to stay while visiting the city because the location is great for walking and biking.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Downtown Riverside RV Park. Our site, 20, was a very long and level cement pad full hookup pull through with 50 amp. Back in sites also available. Amenities include free wifi, a large pavilion, shower/restroom facilities, a keypad coded laundry room/club house combo, and a gated dog park. Right on the river, the park has a beautiful view of the Clinton Bridge which is a great place to walk, run, or bike. It is also lit up at night (very pretty!) Downtown Riverside is a must-visit park with lots to do close by in Little Rock.

Perfect location for visiting Little Rock. Pedestrian bridge to Clinton Library and downtown Little Rock. Right on the Arkansas River. Paved parking spaces, level, great wifi, very clean showers and laundry. Nice seating area and fire pit by the river. Corn hole game available. Staff was nice but a little abrupt in answering questions by saying information was already emailed to you! Note: if on the road for days, email is not always accessible. Just tell me anyway, please. Would stay again. Easy access, great location.

Only stayed 1 night but would love to stay again to see more of the area. Great view of the pedestrian bridge. Sites were concrete & level. We had a nice back in site near the river. Be sure to follow the campground's instructions for arrival & departure because GPS will have you doing some crazy routes. It is gated but the location can be a little off-putting.

If you are visiting downtown Little Rock in an RV, this is a great place to spend the night. It's just across the river from all the downtown fun. And there is a foot/bike path just outside the gates that will allow you to cross the river. The facilities are clean and well kept. There is little to no shade so it gets hot when the sun is out. But otherwise, great place.

What a pleasant surprise! Easy parking, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Management is nice & friendly. We stayed one night in site 21/21b, and we're already planning to make a return visit to explore the area.

The RV park has undergone renovations since our last visit with paved roads, sites, and bath houses. Lovely setting right on the river, quiet, and clean. The only complaint is the online reservation system wouldn't allow a same day booking, saying all sites were full. Upon calling the office, we were able to book and there were plenty of unoccupied sites available.

We rented an RV for our anniversary one year, and it was amazing! We include our kids and of course, they thought it was the coolest thing. This park was so quiet and it was peaceful looking out on the river and seeing the bridge lit up.

Downtown Riverside RV Park is a great place to stay. We were very pleasantly surprised at the unique campsite. We like level, concrete sites and having a view of the Arkansas River, gated security, dump station, and the pedestrian bridge, were a real “plus!” There is lots to do in Little Rock and Hot Springs, which is not that far away! We are going back. In fact, we have made it our “go to” campground when we are in the area. Highly recommend this park. Camping Girl

We love this park. It's very well maintained. Lots of asphalt and concrete. Good dog run right on the river. Beautiful at night. Would highly recommend this park next time you were in Little Rock.

Wonderful kind people. Deb the manager was great. Limited amenities but great central location. Wonderful views of the river and downtown skyline. Large concrete pads. Full hookups allow you to head in or back in. Great Internet, no cable. Will stay there again! (Modest prices too).

There's not enough that I can say about this place. The views are amazing, while some people complain about the lack of trees, There's just so many other things that are captivating that you can look at all day. The fresh air that rolls off the river is refreshing, The view of the lights And the buildings at night again it's just calming. You have the core of two cites within walking distance that gives you all types of food, coffee shops, comedy clubs, museums, libraries banks, propane, nightlife etc, market district and the Argenta market district again all within walking distance. The camp ground is really really clean consistently, The staff is amazing always nice always concern about your stay. It's gated and you have miles and miles of walking and biking trails right from your campground. This is not a notable con but something that you should be aware of, don't hesitate book now and book for as long as you think you're going to be there, because it feels up fast.

It has been a few months since we visited this park, but I really felt I needed to go back and say how nice of a visit we had here. Loved the access to the downtown area via bike/walking bridges. Park was clean, super view to the river, and really a very unique experience for us. We loved being close to tons of things to do with our bikes. Baseball park is just a few blocks away, the lights on the bridges are awesome, all in a gated area which made us feel super safe. Loved the visit. Staff was nice. Would love to visit here again!
