Room clean, front desk clerks very nice , hotel very quiet I didn’t see not one guest coming or going! First time staying here November 22nd -24th clock sparked from the socket took it to the front desk didn’t want to get charged for it! l A lil old fashion but I like it had a great view of the arch and river especially at night ! Overall great stay I will return!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s sketchy from start to finish. The first room I was given was disgusting — filthy carpet, strange smell, everything felt dirty. It’s obvious that only the second floor has new carpeting; the rest of the hotel is just gross. During my stay, the staff entered my room twice while I was inside, without knocking. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. I stayed for a week and called twice to have my room cleaned. No one ever showed up. Zero service, zero care. On top of that, the check-in took over 30 minutes at 11pm, even though there was no line. The place is extremely disorganized. Then the manager tried to charge me $50 for a late checkout that was never communicated to me. And she later invented a $250 “deep cleaning fee” out of spite, with no proof and no justification. Completely dishonest and abusive behavior. The neighborhood is also unsafe — definitely not somewhere you want to walk around alone at night. Do not stay here. The place is dirty, mismanaged, and clearly trying to scam guests.

The wait staff were attentive. When I won, the security officer used her walkie talkie to get a person quickly to me. I then received most by check and the rest in cash. I played for hours. My husband and I finished our visit with a steak and crab cake dinner! Yum!

If you want to stay at the hotel, believe the reviews, and if you can afford it I'd advise you stay elsewhere. If you NEED to stay here, here's a breakdown of my expirence staying here as a mid twenties women with her sister of a similar age. Room - Beds were clean and comfortable (no bugs) - Carpet was weirdly sticky and stained - Bedside lamp was broken and would flip down if touched - Overhead light didn't work - TV remote batteries dead - One of the toilet seat hinges were broken - Water pressure was fantastic Service - Front desk staff were fantastic - Maintence man was so rude we didn't want to report problems in our room after discovering other issues - They did have security outside in the parking lot, it didn't make us feel safe. We were followed to our car by someone in the parking lot at least once. The security felt performative. Other - Elevator maintaince certificates were not posted and one of the two was broken down for our 4 day stay - The hotel is located in an industrial region and has nothing around it Summary - I didn't feel safe parking or outside the building, however the beds were clean and we felt generally safe once locked inside. I would stay hear again if I HAD to come to the city and had NO other options within my budget. If I come to visit the city again I will save more money and stay somewhere else.

Solid Stay With Great Service & Plenty of Perks I recently stayed at the hotel/casino and I always have a good experience. The location is one of the best parts—super convenient, easy to find, and close to downtown, St.Louis. The room size was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay feel a lot more relaxing. The River View side is always an amazing viewpoint. I also want to spotlight Bre at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond from the moment I checked in.-checked out! Friendly, helpful, fast, and genuinely caring—she made the whole process smooth and made me feel valued as a guest. Employees like her are a big part of why I’d come back. I’m always hoping she’s at the desk. The casino and rewards program are also a huge plus. They’re very generous with food credits, and room comps, I had a $25 credit, $60 free slot play, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was on their dime!! Between the hotel and casino I had a great night. Went to the slot floor and played some money and won on a game called Leprechaun Loot, and hit for like $1,000. Grabbed some really good food out the court, from That Chicken. It was hot and fresh! Perfectly crispy fried chicken sandwich, with the Nashville sauce. I always have enjoyed The Casino Queen If you’re looking for a comfortable room, a great location, and a casino that actually rewards you, this hotel is a solid pick. Can’t wait till I get more more room comps and can stay again.

First time playing here. Was very icy weather evening of 2/24/22 traveling from Kansas City. Many vehicles off in the ditches so I decided to pull off and try out a new casino. Played for 6 hours. Betting in the high limit room and Roulette @ around $100 to $150 a roll. Asked for a complimentary room and was denied. Gave them over $1000 throughout the night. Don't think I'll be back.

Small, but still a big experience at this casino. The casino gaming floor is a bit more compact then other casinos in the area, but the variety of games offered is a decent selection. The snack bar in the rear of the casino had very friendly and prompt service, not to mention good value in the items offered. Over a good experience and good place to stop off of you’re on the road. The facility was very clean and smoke free. And this is the first Draft Kings Casinos I’ve personally seen. On site lodging offered as well.

To be honest with you, Fan Duel @ Alton Casino is much better. Sit down areas are there, minus the crazy crowds. Don't get me wrong, the money and odds are good @ Queen. And if you are in St. Louis, Queen is much closer. But the lines, the lack of space, the renovations still hasn't been done, although they said it would be done by Dec. 2021. The location is why they get the huge crowds, not the customer service.

I don’t recommend the undercooked bratwurst they offer. Ate half of one yesterday. Sick today. There were areas of the same machines over and over. Just different denominations. It would great to see more variety. The casino in cape is smaller and more variety. Bartender was my favorite part of my experience he has a wonderful bartender personality. I also liked that there is a smoking room vs being a casino that everyone can smoke anywhere. I am a smoker, but keeping up with indoor smoking is so high maintenance.
