This isn't a national park. You should probably know this before booking. You're essentially parked in a parking lot with full hookup, which is what we wanted. We needed a home base to explore St. Louis and this fit the bill. Since we use our bathroom we did not use the facilities. The sites on the north side are smaller, it could be pretty tough to park there depending on the size of your rig. I recommend looking on google maps, satellite view to try and find the bigger/wider sites. We felt pretty safe while in the campground. Trains are very frequent, but i don't think there are too many intersections so they aren't blowing horns. My wife is a very light sleeper and she was fine with it. The goodsam discount is hard to get. They don't honor it at check out and getting a response from them via email is impossible. Basically plan on not getting the discount unless you're really persistent. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

DraftKings at Casino Queen RV Park in East St. Louis turned out to be a great stop along our Route 66 journey toward Flagstaff. We stayed two nights while visiting our son and his family, and even though the rain never let up, the park proved comfortable and convenient. The sites are level and spacious, with a clear view of downtown St. Louis and the iconic Gateway Arch right from your spot—a sight that shines even through the drizzle. There’s also a nearby park with a viewing platform for those who want a wider perspective of the skyline. Easy access from the expressway, combined with the secure, gated location beside the casino, made our stay worry-free. Everything worked as it should, and it felt like a safe, peaceful base for family time and rest between travel days. Thomas Corrao Stray Compass Life

This is a great rv park! Very close to the arch with a great view. It's walking distance to the arch and downtown attractions if you don't mind walking over the bridge. We've stayed at many rv parks in rural areas or areas that are not close to attractions that have much less space between rv spots. The rv area is spacious with many or maybe all being pull through...a nice surprise being so close to the arch. The showers were clean and hot. I saw a few reviews about noise which didn't bother us. You're in the middle of the city...I wouldn't expect or even want total silence in a city rv park. There are also good food options a close walk🚶♀️ at the casino. This place was a great find!

Stayed at the RV Park. Huge parking lot converted into an RV park...great idea. Large new building holds clean bathrooms, laundry and lounge. Play area for kids...the equipment looks fairly new. I have a Class B, so easily fit in the site. Lots of trailers there that fit. Close sites, but location is key. Casino on the river and the arch is right in front of the campground. Will stay again if in the area again.

We stayed in our 41' motorhome and were happy with it. The bathrooms were clean, the sites were large (no trees for the larger coaches), and they had doggie bags! I will say, I'm not sure their electrical service is up to standard - it could be a problem with our bus - but we kept tripping the breaker running the same things in our bus that we usually do without problems. We felt safe for all 5 days 4 nights we were there. The location is the absolute best if you want to do things in the city... that was the highlight.
