Our expectations were met -- but they weren't very high to begin with. This is essentially a big, flat, gravel parking lot with RV hookups. The hookups are conveniently placed. The gravel sites are level, and the CG is easy to get into and out of. There's a very convenient Maverick gas station across the street with RV/Truck lanes for gas or diesel fuel. Further, a Walmart is about two miles away on the interstate feeder road. Overall, good enough for an over-nighter.

This is great RV Park to stay! Quiet! My husband and I stayed one night and we both loved it! The RV Park is very well kept. It’s clean. Has clean restrooms. Clean dog park. Fence in dog park too. The check in process was easy. We showed up during the time when the office was closed. However, they had an easy check in process. We had made reservations prior and then ENTIRE process was easy. No problem at all! The lady who works there checked on us and was very welcoming. We will definitely be back here!

Go to in the area always have room. Basic park full hookups 30/50amp. Nice dog park as long as the full time residents are not camped out, not all dogs get along. My service dog is 90lbs and she will protect herself if they come at her barking, guess who would be blamed.

I stayed here almost a month. There’s not much around. Lots of dust storms. This is basically a parking lot and right by the interstate. It’s ok to stop for one night in route to your destination. I wouldn’t recommend any longer than that. The only amenities are a dog park and laundry room. Maintenance put some type of fertilizer in the dog park and closed it for a week. Upon arriving for my reservation, park host informed me I had too many dogs (I have 4) and they supposedly have a 3 dog max. It turns out this was not accurate and there’s no dog limits. I requested one of the many available sites around the border of the park and same park host refused to allow me to use one. I got stuck in the middle of the parking lot with 4 dogs. Drama! Lots of drama among the employees (one quit) the entire time I was there. More drama! Most of the people who stay there are on the older side. You really don’t see kids there (only ones I seen belonged to one of the maintenance employees). There’s no park, pool or anything for a kid to do. Several of the long term residents seemed to thrive on drama. I travel full-time and will bypass this park in the future. If you need an overnight stop then it’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend any longer than that.
