Go to in the area always have room. Basic park full hookups 30/50amp. Nice dog park as long as the full time residents are not camped out, not all dogs get along. My service dog is 90lbs and she will protect herself if they come at her barking, guess who would be blamed.

I stayed here almost a month. There’s not much around. Lots of dust storms. This is basically a parking lot and right by the interstate. It’s ok to stop for one night in route to your destination. I wouldn’t recommend any longer than that. The only amenities are a dog park and laundry room. Maintenance put some type of fertilizer in the dog park and closed it for a week. Upon arriving for my reservation, park host informed me I had too many dogs (I have 4) and they supposedly have a 3 dog max. It turns out this was not accurate and there’s no dog limits. I requested one of the many available sites around the border of the park and same park host refused to allow me to use one. I got stuck in the middle of the parking lot with 4 dogs. Drama! Lots of drama among the employees (one quit) the entire time I was there. More drama! Most of the people who stay there are on the older side. You really don’t see kids there (only ones I seen belonged to one of the maintenance employees). There’s no park, pool or anything for a kid to do. Several of the long term residents seemed to thrive on drama. I travel full-time and will bypass this park in the future. If you need an overnight stop then it’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend any longer than that.

I don’t write many reviews. But I don’t recommend if stay more the one night. Had some business in town. Stayed for a week. The wind storms and dust is crazy due to it’s just a big gravel lot. Although the bathrooms and laundry room are clean they are dated. And hot water is poor. At the twice a week garage pick up at 4am is load banging of the dampers will wake you right up. The office staff are nice and friendly tho. I left the park days early do to that garbage truck racket at 4am again.

4 days to drive out of Texas was happy to see the park. Easy check in lots of places to eat. Fuel across the street. Gonna have nice dreams tonight!

We didn't stay here, but we did stop to use the dump. The lady was really nice & the place looks cool. Nice homey common room & game room. The place may be right off the interstate, but it was still quiet and peaceful feeling. We'll be staying here the next time we pass through.
