I was looking for a dump station and gave a call here. They didn't offer it at the time, but they had received a few calls before mine for the service, so I'm happy to say, I was the first one testing their possible new service. 😄 Call and ask first in case, and paid a fee. It was really helpful and appreciated. Thank you again!

We stayed in the premium section, nice shaded area with country setting. Wonderful neighbors made the 6 months we spent there feel like home. Handy to everything we needed and management was very accommodating. Loved the torches at night.

Love, love, love this RV park...we will definitely return and we highly recommend it. It is so clean and well maintained. Owners, Sam and Jennifer as well as the park manager, Terri have gone over and beyond to accomadate our needs and make us feel at home. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. Great daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Lot sizes are amazing and beautiful. So quite and peaceful... your own little piece of heaven right here within the trees. Wifi is strong and free. Washers and dryers are available; they are clean, more convenient and less expensive then going into town. There are no bathhouses, pool or frills here, but with full hook ups, showering in the comfort of our own trailer is a plus. There is a nice community campfire area with firewood supplied. Room to ride your bike or take a walk. The town of Douglas is less then 10 easy miles away. It offers a Walmart for essentials. Lots of shopping including farmers markets and antiques. There are several restaurants in the area and none have disappointed us. As I said before, love, love, love this place!

Was there for 3 months and it was very clean, very spacious, and the owners made us feel right at home. They have full hook up with a few private lots, big fire pit with Bluetooth speaker to enjoy an evening of relaxing and mingling with other tenants. I would not hesitate to go back and stay again.

Most relaxed RV site, great with kids, plenty of space, dog friendly, and private. Also the people who work there and especially the owner are all so helpful. I stayed for about a month, really nice view of trees and room for my total to ride his motorbike. Also Sam's a very decent human, I called facing homeless temporarily and he was immediately trying to figure out what I could rent. I consider that a friend, Even though I ended up figuring something else out. It's nice not having to be perfect, :)
