This campground is mostly long-term trailers. The elderly woman who runs it is very nice, but the campground is way substandard. The location was OK but not real close to Holland. On Friday and Saturday night a bunch of long-term residents stay outside and drink and are loud until one in the morning or later.

We have come here a couple times. It’s an older place but peaceful. They sold firewood, and our neighbors were always great to us. Showers weren’t great, but nothing worse than the state park campgrounds.

Very dated place. Old junk campers setting around. Shower house leaves much to be desired. Four lane highway is 200 feet from the campground with constant traffic noise. But I will say that the sites are nice enough, with plenty of grass.

Unfortunately had to stay here over the summer as this was the only place that had vacancy and accepted an older RV. Of the four months we stayed there, we had working utilities for about 3 weeks. The water barely makes it out the faucet when it is working BTW. The rusty playground equipment, empty pool, peeling paint, junk campers and overgrown trees give this place a nice post-apocalyptic vibe. Add in the constant lawn mowing, with no other maintenance and it has its own little corner of hell. Honestly with the way this place is maintained I'm surprised only 1 person died this summer. That might be because the residents have learned not to use the showers to avoid tetanus. According to my wife the women's bathrooms are even worse then the men's I took pictures of. At one point we had three loose Pitbulls and a Husky wandering the park , but we're down to one pit bull as of september. We've also found a new respect for the plight of the homeless as the long term tent campers on either side and in front of us remind me of the Portland indigent camps. It's been an experience, that for sure. One I hope to not have again.

No water pressure or hot water in the showers plus they are disgusting and very small, they let the garbage get so overloaded and nasty the dumpster was covered in maggots, and if your dumping your RV it overflows no matter how slow you go and don't expect a refund they only give credits what a joke.. avoid if all possible CROOKS...
