It is the first time that I have been to a KOA in a gated community, and it was very strange. You drive up to the gate, let the guard, who was very rude, know that you have a KOA reservation, and you drive to an office, about 1.5 miles from the gate to check in. Once you check in, you drive about another 5 miles down a road to find your site. The pool and what they think is a camp store, is about 1 mile from the RV sites. We were here for three night and never saw any KOA staff. Speed limits and quiet hours are a joke. We never saw a K9 Camp. This KOA has A LOT OF PERMANENT PARTY-so many, one would think it was a town inside a KOA campground. The bathroom house was dirty-trash overflowing, showers mold and mildew-I had cleaner showers when I was in Iraq. This place is a poor excuse for a KOA.

We stayed in one of the studio cabins. We were told all cabins were recently renovated. We paid $600 for 3 nights because that was the minimum stay. The cabin was awful and disgusting. Not renovated whatsoever. It had not been cleaned very well if at all. The floor was filthy, stove and oven disgusting. The shower is not large enough for a person to shower. It was extremely outdated. The fridge was leaking. We were told it had free wifi but the wifi did not work. Everyone we spoke to about it gave us different answers. We tried everything and could not get the wifi to work which their TV runs off of. The room smelled so awful our poor son got sick on day 2. You can rent a hotel room for half of this price and alot nicer. I would not recommend this to anyone especially for the price they charge. The campground is very nice and peaceful but the cabins should just be torn down and completely built from scratch especially when they charge almost $200 a night for them.

Nice campground and great staff, especially Dot. 2nd time camping here. The only negative comment is I wish there was a way to better monitor dog owners to pick up after their animals. We noticed several people allowing their dogs use the bathroom and then just walk away.

Had to travel 5 miles to get to the camsite trying to avoid low haning braches. This place is not good for the larger campers. We get there and our site was swampy. We will not be going back to stay there. Who needs to lose an airconditioner anyway. The staff was nice, but that is the only thing I can say about it. If You have smaller campers and you doin't mind being in swamp then I say go!

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.

Stayed in a cabin, was told to only bring sheets! There was one pillow, thankful I brought 2. No blankets, No kitchen towels ( only a sponge 🤢) I'm glad I remembered bath towels, coffee filters! I'm sure the "70s" are calling for the refrigerator & range back 🤦( so not efficient)We will be back, I've been going to Treasure lake for 38 yrs.( When I was a property owner) But now just a KOA hopper. Just be more mindful of what you are telling people. Thank you and God bless

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

It is close to the Elk at Benezette Pa. It was a relaxing time evenings around the fire
