If I could give this place a 0 would I lived there for a year and a half and management is horrible they don't care about anyone but themselves and money they don't care about their residents at all. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone their rent prices were through the roof and the lots truly aren't worth the money they are asking.

The park has a family friendly atmosphere and is close to major shopping, dining and entertainment. I am able to relax or stay busy depending on my mood. I moved here three years ago and have multiple monthly activities to choose from. Many residents look out for one another so no one feels abandoned or left out.

Food Truck Friday community event was amazing! The staff at Ducky's is so involved & dedicated, not only to their residents, but also their community. They really showed how invested they are by partnering up monthly with a local food truck & hosting a family-friendly event with outdoor games & raffle. They were able to host it by the front office so that children are safely inside a privacy fence away from any cars, and residents were not disturbed within the park. Ducky's Day Off staff made sure they covered all basis to have a successful, happy event for their residents, community & for us - their food truck vendor for July.

Very clean rv park with very nice amenities. Love the pool! I have a few friends the live there. I would have given them 5 stars but the management there have been kinda rude a couple times I've been there. I was told I needed to quit riding thru their park on my bike stating that "this park isn't a cut thru." When I tried to explain that I was there to visit a friend, they threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave immediately. I love when people profile someone just because they ride a bike assuming that they are homeless or are up to no good. But other then that I do recommend this park to people still with the warning that this place is alil too strict certain issues.
