One of our favorite parks. Quiet and straightforward…sites are gravel and grass. Management is very responsive. No amenities except a bath house (we didn’t use) but we like that since we don’t need any. Walk up the hill for a great mountain view.

Great stop for the night. Very quiet. Had an issue with my AC and the owner is a man who couldn't rest until he helped me solve my problem. Hats off! Wish I was here for the Blue Grass Festival

Nice clean RV park with plenty of spots available. We came in with a large class A pusher and there was plenty of room for it and our toad. Full hookups and the price was fair, around $50. Easy on and off of the interstate. The highlight for us was the quietness of the place. It’s literally an old farm converted to an RV park, which we thought was awesome! Would definitely stay again.

I would give zero.. But I guess they are Actually there.. When you arrive to find out it has NO Amenities, Not even a Picnic table. No trees, You are truly in a Barn Lot. I informed them we were leaving as they had no amenities, They said Good Luck.. I Asked several times to refund the Charge but they would not even respond to my emails. I Understand a NO Show.. But we were ON SITE The WHOLE PARK Had 3 or 4 RVS ..They did NOT loose a spot because we did not show. Geeze there is 1000s of RV Sites in the Smokies.. Do your selves a favor PICK ONE.

Stayed here April 28-May 1, 2025. Low density, quiet, our spot was gravel 50A Pull-Thru FHU and a bit un-level. Excellent location for us and no fuss in the campground. Thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of it and the weather cooperated nicely.
