Wonderful campground! The staff goes above and beyond to meet every need. We lost our awning in a storm and needed a sawsall to cut it up to be able to get it into the dumpster. We asked an employee and he was back in 15 minutes with battery operated sawsall with extra battery and blades! So helpful. Trash is picked up twice a day. Wood delivered to your site. Fun scheduled activities everyday, pool, playground, hammocks, and the location is perfect - close to the dunes and Little Sable. Family friendly, wonderful place!

This campground is unbelievable. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. I love how we got A text Welcoming us to the park. Daily texts that let us know what activities were going on for that day. Text reminder when Quiet and checkout times are. They even have delivery service if you need ice or wood or anything that they could help you with. They have an ice cream shop as well as a Souvenir/grocery shop. The pool has an area just for little ones with even a drop Bucket, a little lazy river, a deeper end for older kids and even a slide. The pool is heated and has a lot of places to sit. The activities were amazing. We have camped at a lot of campgrounds and have never been to one that has Large sites like Dunes Harbor has. This campground is a short distance from Silverlake, Lake Michigan, where you can even Visit the lighthouse. All I have to say is I can't wait till November 1 so I can book for the 2026 season.

Always a great experience. We'll kept camp sites and bath houses. Activities galore. Pick up games with friends, nice small marsh, creek and lake. Easy access to Silver Lake sand dunes state park.

A wonderful, well maintained campground. Only few mins drive to sand dunes. I got the interior site with full hook up, it is very close to bathhouse. It is easy to get to everywhere around campground. We also used laundry service before we left. Staffs are helpful. I love that they pick up trash from your site twice daily. Bathrooms are well cleaned, no bad smell at all. The only thing I wish that we could have is some cell phone service or Wifi. All of our phones did not have any service at all, make it difficult to keep in touch with people at home. We use T mobile. Wifi we only can get if we walk to the Cove, so we were completely disconnected with outside world. It was not bad but in case of emergency, it worries me. Overall a wonderful place, a happy place for kiddos & parents.

We loved our time at Dunes Harbor. Our kids loved the pony rides, horse trail rides, archery, organized games, pool, & ice cream parlor. All the staff are very helpful and many of the spots are private and facing the water. We could bring our kayak straight into the small lake from our camping spot. The Sand Dunes are 6 minutes away with lots of other family activities. The store is well stocked and offer to deliver some basics to your site number. They also pick up trash twice a day from your spot.

Large very level lots with nice large concrete picnic table pads. Store offers a lot, next to a nice size pool. 24 hour laundry, Bathhouse is clean with nice ADA showers with seats,handhold and hand sprayer. We stayed on a fall festival weekend with rock climbing and inflatables for the kids and archery, axe throwing for adults. Saturday night was a September Halloween with 100s of kids going camper to camper for their treats. Very nice campground, highly recommend... And reasonably priced, full or partial hookups.

My husband & I LOVE this campground! It has very clean bathrooms, a wonderful gift and necessity shop, delicious ICE CREAM shop, friendly staff, and soooo much to do for fun, family experiences! My kids love the horse rides, the wooded trails, the paddleball court, beach volleyball, night lazer tag, the kid-centered activities put on by amazing staff, and of course the heated-outdoor pool! And it within a mile from Silver Lake Sand Dunes!

We have been camping all over the US and this is our first time at a Christian camp ground. Grounds are nice. Some trees. Sites have no privacy. The pool is mainly for kids. No place for adults to be. Plenty of chairs and a nice large shade area. The main lodge has a nice store and ice cream shop. The main thing is this is a family place like kid to adult ratio is 10/1. Our kids were older so we didn’t fit that but still had a nice time. We were here only 2 nights mostly to ride the dunes. Which is 5 min drive from camp. Camp offers some activities. My kids (17,14,13)did the 1.5 trail ride $40 each which was reasonable. Would stay somewhere else next time but if you have kids 10 yrs and under I would recommend this place.

Dunes Harbor is an amazing campground! We are definitely coming back next year. All of the grounds are very nice and well maintained. Lush grass areas and flowers throughout. The store and ice cream shop are great also. The pool area is nice and clean. The playground is also nice. The lots around the outside (where we stayed) are vey scenic. This is a very familiar oriented campground with reasonable rules to make it enjoyable for all ages. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience with our small family at Dunes Harbor! Facility is very nice and extremely well maintained. Plentiful staff was all very helpful and kind. Bath houses were cleaned daily for an hour and a half and it was noticable, sparkling clean and no smell! Daily activities are available for the family. Anything from horseback riding to crafts for the kids, to inflatables. Staff communicated daily through text messages about activities, checkout information, and helpful tips! The camp ground is run by a Christian organization and it is noticeable as well. They have rules about noise, alcohol is not allowed on the premises, and modest swimwear is kindly requested at the awesome pool/kids splash area! In addition to the pool area, they have play grounds, swings, hammocks, corn hole, sand volleyball, hiking trails, kayaks, an ice cream shop, gift/convenience store, and much more! Can't say enough good about this place and we will definitely tell our friends about it and hopefully be back in the future!

Phenomenal experience camping with family and friends. The cabins were quite comfortable with a microwave, fridge with freezer, and counter. We really enjoyed all the amenities at the campground including the planned activities. Hope to return sometime!

Our extended family of 10 had a wonderful week at Dunes Harbor. The facilities are extremely well-kept. The employees serve with excellence and are so kind. The sites are beautiful and spacious. We especially enjoyed the horse back riding. Missed the Sunday worship service but hoping to attend next year. Thank you for such a well maintained facility!

There is something to be said about wanting to vacation where you work! My family works and loves staying as campers at Dunes Harbor. It's a great place to spend time with family.
