What a great RV park! The sites are very level and spacious. Didn't use the hot tub or the showers, but I did walk up there and it's quite lovely and decorated really nice. They have a community BBQ with a grill and bar stools. Very nice! But the part I really loved was the open range feel with awesome views of the mountains surrounding. Even though it's close to the highway I could not hear any road noise at all. Most definitely will stay here again (if I ever make it this way) and you should too!

This is a Gem. We loved this location. Beautiful big sites. Off the highway 550. Beautiful views of the mountain. What really makes it special is the homey decoration everywhere. Laundry room is clean and beautiful. Hot tub area is just charming. Tanner the owner is gracious and helpful. We will come here whenever we are in Durango. Great location if you want to be outside in the Country

Tanner and Tori are exceptional hosts and accommodated our requests. We loved our stay at Durango Ranch RV Resort! The sites are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are immaculate, and our dogs loved running in the grass dog park. This is what all RV parks should strive to be like. Whenever our travels take us to Durango this is our first choice. We look forward to our next stay.

Our plans changed and we unexpectedly needed to stay in Durango overnight. After reading reviews, we were able to easily book a night online. As we drove up, we could see that we had made a great decision and would have no regrets staying here. The landing pads are level and nicely spaced to give some privacy. There’s a hot tub, shaded sitting area and community BBQ. The bathroom and shower area is clean and modern. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views!

We just completed a full month stay at Durango Ranch RV Resort, and it was a fantastic experience. Tanner and Tori are great hosts and keep their resort in pristine condition. They are friendly and helpful going out of their way to make your stay perfect. I am not going into all of the aminities as they are every bit as good as everybody showed on other posts. Most of us come to Durango to take day trips, and then come back to enjoy our sites. Here, you have an unheard of thirty feet between rvs with nice grass at every site. Your view is breathtaking as you can sit and enjoy the La Plata and San Juan Mountains. It is centrally located to everything you care to do. It is five miles south of the newer part of Durango with Walmart, Home Depot, and grocery stores. Aztec National Monument is only 25 miles. Mesa Verde NP is 47 miles, Silverton Train Station 13 miles, the arches 18 miles, and Silverton 61 miles. Give this hidden jem a try.

Such a beautiful little spot outside of Durango! Small RV resort with all the nice modern additions. Gated entry, little grill area, hot tub, laundry and wonderfully kept bathrooms and shower. Tori and Tanner were very easy to talk with and seem to love there new addition of RV resort to their working ranch. Highly recommend and will for sure return ❤️

Brand new park that’s very well done. All new sites and office building, plus laundry and bath/showers. Sites are gravel and new grass has been planted and started to grow. We were in site 7, a back-in spot at the end of a row that had plenty of room for our 37” 5th wheel plus truck. Has picnic tables at each site and a BBQ area with grills for guest use and a pet area. The views are beautiful, with mountains and grassy plains all around. Very quiet and peaceful. We were on the far end away from the road, so noise wasn't a problem. Reception area is gorgeous with a nice sitting area and all kinds of historic farming tools as decoration. The hosts were very friendly and willing to chat about the area and suggest places to go. Durango is a great town and maybe 20 minutes away. The downtown area has all kinds of shops and restaurants, and there are all the usual chain stores along highway 550 as well. And if you’re into the outdoors, there are many options such as hiking, scenic drives and skiing. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

Sunset Dreams - Farewell Durango Ranch RV Resort! We stumbled across this beautiful RV Resort on our way to Seattle from Houston and we could not have asked for a more perfect overnight experience! From our late online reservation to our very warm welcome upon arrival by the owner Tanner, we felt right at home! We have a 18ft tiny tear drop trailer and our spot was perfect. The restrooms were spotless and the shower room was spacious and private. After a long day on the road, we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset over dinner, even opted for an impromptu photo shoot with the gorgeous backdrop the resort offers. We even decided to sleep with the windows open to feel the cool breeze and listen to the night time critters sing us a sweet lullaby… it was perfection! ♥️

Very nice resort. Owners go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Bathrooms are so clean and nice you’d rather take a shower there instead of your own camper. Nice hot tub area to relax with the cool air at night. Very well thought out and ran. Thank you for such a great stay.

We were on the road and needed a place to camp for the night. The owners stayed open until we arrived. They were very friendly and helpful. It was fun staying at a brand new place. Everything is nice and clean. I want to go back in a few years to see the completed site. They are doing a very good job, have good taste. I would highly recommend this campground!!
