Doug and Paula Duval are lifetime campers who opened this park to start a new chapter of their adventure together. .. And their experience shows! They go out of their way to make all guests feel welcome to the small family run park. Need the grass cut? Dougie has mowers available in addition to weekly grounds maintenance. Paula keeps the office (with washer and dryer) and bathrooms crystal clean! Pets aka kids are welcome and the beach is only about 1.5 miles away!

Well run campground with clean restrooms and laundry room. Owners are friendly and professional. We have summered here in our RV for the past two years and hope to return each year in the future.

Flat, gravel parking with trimmed grass. All sites are full hookup. Rates are reasonable for the area. Hosts are friendly. Convenient to all the area has to offer.

Great place, centrally located to everything in Wells and beyond. It's about 1.3 miles to Wells beach but we took bikes so it was super easy to get there. Plus, we didnt have bikes for our two girls but , they had loaners (re: free!) for the day my girls could use. Clean bathrooms and showers. Plus, the Duval's are VERY friendly.

I'd give them a 6 if it was possible. Great little RV park. Quite, very clean and well kept. Get a very friendly almost neighborhood vibe. Doug and Paula super owners very helpful and friendly. Close to ocean as well as many other Maine attractions. Highly recommend this RV park for a pleasant stay if you're in the area of Wells Maine.

Absolutely by far the nicest people at any RV site I've ever been to!! Nice grassy sites, clean bathrooms and showers. Great prices!! I will definitely stay again!!

I would recommend this place to anyone, Doug and Paula are the nicest people you'll ever meet! They have showed our family such kindness throughout our stay! The campground has full hookups, cable, water, wifi, grass, seasonal rates, laundry, shower house, etc! Please give them a try, you won't regret it!
