We always have a great time on our annual Cast n Blast trip. Nice place to stay. Friendly people. The bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning and a face-lift. They fixed and paved all the roads recently, which is nice.

Views are beautiful! Nice clean campground and bathrooms. Great boat ramp with parking. Most spots are pull-thru.

The campground itself was ok with spacious sites, but the asphalt on the roads and the sites was horrible. All sites are pull throughs that are not level. The road to get there is a trip with lots of curves and steep inclines. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed paddling our kayaks there. We had very limited Verizon service. Our cellphone booster didn't help.

Small, very small spaces. Not much room to enjoy camping even in the tent spaces. The water though clean and cold does not fully shut off and caused damage to my RV which is of course on me to fix. The volunteers now the grass even if you are in a spot with no care for if you want to listen to a weed eater for 45 minutes or not. A week after the rain stopped the fire ring is still flooded as is the spot I was assigned. I doubt I will stay here again without being forced to...

We stayed at this campground while hunting 2021. Our stay was a very good experience. Restrooms were clean, showers were a wonderful amenity to have available. Most of the campsites were closed for winterization so the number of campers was limited. Very quiet and a genuinely nice volunteer host. Directv worked and decent cell service with AT&T. Will return again for sure!

Beautiful Location very remote. Army Corps of Engineers campground as usual very well thought out using natural materials, beautiful location. This campground is small but has full hookups 30/50 amps, water, sewer. Wild apple trees and wildlife all around and fishing. Nice hiking trails beautiful views of the water. Very nice double launch ramp, fish cleaning station, restrooms. Camping $20 a night everything else free WOW! The road getting there has steep grades and tight turns I made it with a 36ft 5th wheel take it slow it's worth it. Sorry no internet but cell phones do work.

We stayed at Dent acres this year 2021 for Father's Day weekend. My two-year-old granddaughter fell and hit her head on the fire ring . The workers went above and beyond to help us make sure everything was okay with her. Our family stays at Dent Acres every year and it is always very clean and the workers are very nice. This was our 1st year having any sort of accident and they made us all feel like we were in great hands. We truly appreciated them!

What a beautiful place! The road is very curvy and steep so have good brakes, but well worth it. Very quiet weekdays and not too bad on weekends.
