New owners are putting a lot into the apartments- I know for a fact that they got roof work,, foundation work, remodeling inside homes, roadwork, and plumbing work done.

This park is like a community. The kids play until night time with no worries, the tenants look out for each other, and it’s quiet family friendly and pet friendly.

We have lived here for over a year now and have experienced the old owners and the new owners. We very much so enjoy the new owners and I'm not much of a person who likes change. The new management is very understanding and very reasonable if you communicate well from my experience. Maintenance will get done, and management and maintenance both are on the property so very accessible to the tenants. We also rent a storage unit on the property which is great ... probably won't find another place in Spring City where you can get a storage unit right next to your house in this price range.

Very pet friendly. Love the new owners. Really take the care and considerations of the tenets to heart. If it’s an emergency the renter encourages you to text her. Very nice and quiet place to live. When I lost my cat the owners asked everyone in the park. Would recommend to any of my friends and have recommended to several of my friends and co workers.

So happy here. Love my little place. Nice and quite. Pet friendly. Esther is a great Manager. Very prompt with needs addressed. Maintenance is great has gone above and beyond!
