We’ve stayed here multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of fantastic. Each experience has been stress-free, with no bad moments to speak of. The accommodations are excellent, and the staff—Shelly, Lisa, and Tracy—are always so friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and up to standard. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway! We’ve had such a great time every visit and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly camping experience!

My family and I stayed there last week July 13th 2025 for a few days. We tried to make it out to this resort at least once a year. Always have an enjoyable time. The rooms were very clean had everything we needed. My oldest daughter had her own cabin both cabins were clean and have their own unique style. The pool area was great and restroom area outside the pool very clean with showers. We always enjoy our stay here. Wish they would make the pool hours later. As visits in the past there was no cut off time that I can remember but now it's like 9:00 I think which is way too early( its still daylight) and we're on vacation. This visit they did not have fire pits for rent as other visits did. So we just brought our own there are few rules call and ask about how to do that. Definitely recommend. We will be back either at the end of this summer season or the beginning of next summer. It's our favorite family getaway. Staff is always friendly.

This place is horrible!!! Windows leaked water on us in the middle of the night, staff didn’t care! They came in the room to “clean up” the water the next day and we had items missing. Then they charged me money for “staining” towels? I called them to ask about the towels and they were extremely rude! They didn’t explain what kind of stains or anything. Two males stayed in this cabin and we had nothing to stain towels with! The lady then hung up on me! Apparently, this place is fine with losing business over a towel. They seem to be obsessed with towel treatment judging from the framed one they have when you check in. Don’t ever stay here!!!! Also, maybe your precious towels got dirty from cleaning up the river of water we had coming from our door and windows! I highly suggest you refund my “towel” money….

We stayed two days in one of the little one bdrm so called cabins. There was no curtains on the windows just blinds. Paper thin blankets on the beds. I’m so glad we brought our own blankets towels and sheets! No night stands to sit anything on by the bed. The floors were dirty.. three days after we left we had a charge for 90.00 on our charge card ,for bed sheets, mattress protector, towels, wash rags. Stuff that they say was stained that was barely used. Like I said we brought all our own stuff. When we called they couldn’t tell us what it was stained with . The location of this place is the only positive thing I have to say about it. We also tried mini golf while we there and it was unmaintained.and staff very rude !! Once they have your money!

I can’t even express the rudeness of this staff. I read reviews online, it showed me good ones. The experience I got was so opposite!! After my experience here I read more reviews because there has to be someone that got treated the way I did. Yes!! Keep reading the reviews down the line. Way more people agree to not come back… The staff / manager are what makes this place a 1 star rating. I said I was coming to camp and asked about visitors coming to socialize , they said (happily) I was allowed visitors for sure!! When I asked questions upon arriving about visitors and how they enter through the gate - well, eagle resort charges each visitor no matter if child or adult. They charge $5 per person. (I had a family of 6 people hang out) Remind you that this is just visits. I never asked about the extra cost on amenities (pool was closed). There was so much news to me and there are so many fees. I asked why I was never told, it’s because I never asked! 😳 😳 I did ask about visitors - she said “you didn’t ask the cost” Make sure to ask about getting a policy handout of the rules about guest. (which they do not have) So ask about a document showing the fees of each things they charge (they don’t have one) *** So what questions am I not asking right to get the run down of how they can charge me..!!!??? I’m not asking them to waive the fees for everything , just asking that everyone is aware of the fees so I don’t ask 6 others to come mini golf with me and expect to pay their way in, and pay their way to golf!! How trashy of a staff to rack money out their first time campers. I pay to camp , relax, and enjoy the outdoors with the kids / family and I have to pay per person to do that.

Needed LP fill for our motorhome so we could run the furnace as there was a major cold front coming in (temp as low as 12 degrees) and Eagle's Landing was the closest place to get a fill. When we got there, discovered a problem - a missing gasket needed to fill the tank. The staff there was GREAT.... helped us figure out what the problem was, got online to help us find a place where we might be able to get a replacement gasket, let us leave our motorhome parked there while we drove all around to get a new gasket.... Terry was especially helpful in assisting us with problem-solving!!! Really outstanding!!! We got the problem-solved and got our LP fill.... and the price for the LP was really good! the lowest price we've paid so far!!!! Fantastic place & great service! Highly, highly recommend!!!!!

We arrived and checked in. We didn't need full hookups, just electric, so they gave us a beautiful spot right on the water. Would have loved it except the rest rooms were closed for the winter. We called and explained that we needed to be closer to rest rooms, and the graciously booked us into a different spot, not as close to the water but right across the street from the rest rooms and showers. We were only there for one night, so didn't need outside amenities. We've stayed there before and were always happy with the place, and this time we noticed more improvements being done. Staff was very professional and friendly, and we will definitely be back sometime when we can stay longer. The folks at Eagles Landing are very accommodating.

A kid free birthday weekend getaway for my bride and I. We found this place via Google maps just looking for somewhere new and hoped for the best. First of all this campground has tons of potential of being absolutely beautiful (and they very well may be in the process) but there are alot of long term campers here you can definitely tell, there are several old buildings, trucks, tractor, boats and other equipment spread throughout the campground. ALOT of rules! (Not always a bad thing but dang) But...some of the sights down by the lake have a beautiful view, the pool area looks amazing. There is mini golf and big fire pits! a pond with little boats you can use and a big pavilion. Like I said before "tons of potential". Literally not a bad place if your passing through. ( updated my review due to owner reply)Ok great! Now some of these things make sense. We will make it a point to revisit and check out the updates! Good luck on your renovations and clean up can't wait to see what you have coming down the pipeline.

The lady had a horrible attitude from the minute we got there. She was very rude and very nasty. She deserved all of the attitude that I gave her. And yes we did stay after spending and outrageous amount of money for one night we were sure as hell going to use it. We “chose you” based on your website that is very misleading. Had we seen this in person we would’ve never booked it. That’s kind of how the Internet works. Not all of your guests are locals that have seen it before. Apparently I know where this lady gets her attitude and that is from the owner. If it wasn’t for her attitude I would’ve given a decent review even though it wasn’t the best campground it wasn’t terrible until I had to deal with her. Why would anyone want to go to the lake and not be able to show up until 3 o’clock and then have to leave the very next morning. It’s plain and simple a rip off. Other campgrounds in your area do not do this. Most are noon to noon. Which makes sense.
