Lo
We stayed at Eagle’s Resort full-time for a few months last year, but it was our first time RVing so I’m late to leave a review but wanted to have more experience so it’s fair. Resort is a stretch. When we stayed, the roads were not paved and the amenities were pretty average. It’s an okay drive to downtown, but pretty far from everything else. Which could be good or bad depending on your needs. Jennifer always made us feel like an inconvenience - constantly texting people not to disrupt her while she’s on vacation or after hours. I understand a work-life balance, but there’s also a level of respect necessary for tenants. Everyone is quiet and kept to themselves, but we did have a stray cat constantly around our site to which Jennifer said eventually she would get it taken care (spade, groomed, etc) of but never did. This would be a fine place for a short-term trip, but there’s definitely nicer spots in a similar price range with more amenities and kinder management. Edit to reply: Jennifer, I highly suggest taking a less accusatory tone. I have my own business and understand what it's like when people don't respect time off but I am not rude toward them when they are unaware. I'm not a property manager but I do have plenty of customer service experience and that is the issue, not having work-life balance. If you want respect from your residents, you can't treat them like a nuisance. When we were residents, your "fitness center" was an elliptical that never worked, your mail room was a bakers rack and your laundry room constantly had animal fur in the machines. The kid and dog park must be new as those were not amenities when we lived there. I offered to help get the cats fixed and you declined, saying you would take care of it so please spare me. Comparing the Stockyards to the Eiffel Tower is comical, but not my problem if you think Saginaw is the same as Paris. Shopping is non-existent... Boat Club Rd has a few gas stations?

We have absolutely loved our time at this campground! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Jennifer, the manager, is truly wonderful – she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and that everyone feels at home. This place has been more than just a campground for us – it’s felt like a little community where we’ve made memories and felt safe and supported. It’s clean, peaceful, and full of good people. We are so sad to be leaving soon, but so grateful for the time we’ve had here. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, well-run, and family-like place to stay, this is it. Highly recommend!

100% non-refundable!!!! I called and made a reservation for 5 days, and within a couple of days, I had to cancel. I was informed that I would still be charged the entire amount despite the fact that I was not scheduled to arrive for another week. I was never informed of this while on the phone making the reservation, and during the cancellation call, I was told that it was in the documents that I received, but I didn't get those until after I had made the reservation and the payment!!! I can understand a cancellation fee for a portion, but for the entire amount? That is ridiculous. This is a poor business practice. I'm also a business owner, and I understand the need to cover your bases, but this is excessive. I am paying $375 for nothing. I will never stay here or recommend them to anyone that I know, and that is unfortunate.

I Would recommend this rv site to anyone looking. We travel full time for work and stayed at eagle resort for 4 months and have nothing but good things to say about it. The facility’s and premises are very well maintained. The pool is a great way to cool down in the Texas summers and is always clean. The lots are good sized and priced well. Management is great, friendly, resourceful, and easy to communicate with. There is a great laundry facility, restrooms & showers, along with a rec room with activity’s for the whole family. They host movie nights, adult swim nights, I even noticed during our stay the kids were going back to school they hosted a back to school morning for the kids and provided donuts and had a banner at the front entrance. My dog enjoyed the dog park during our stay and made lots of new friends. Great site prices with utilities included. If you’re looking for a place to park your camper, you’ve found it!

We stayed at this RV park for about 6 months due to my husband’s work. I highly recommend it. It is such a beautiful, quiet, friendly community. The management cares about our little ones and enforces low speed to make sure everyone is safe. Our lot was right next to the park which was a bonus for my grand daughter, she loved it. The park is very affordable and clean. It offers all the amenities that you need as an Rv living. We are looking forward to coming back!
