We've stay here often over the years, when traveling along Interstate 75. We were surprised at the condition of the RV park. Many, many down trees between the park and the lake, we assume due to the hurricanes. The dog walk area was overgrown and the dog clean up station is no longer there. It looked as if the grounds aren't maintained, as they used to be.

We only setup at the Flea Market attached to the RV Park. Sunday was our busiest day. Lots of Vendors setup and lots of Bargains to be found . I bought a few Tomato plants and zucchini plants at reasonable prices from the Produce booth up front.

This rv resort can be so much more with some investment. My concrete super site was somewhat unlevel from front to back. The area around the cracked concrete pad was super sandy and unkept. Dead oak tree limbs/branches over hanging the site were a concern. Bathhouses were clean. Conveniently located off Interstate 75, however, loud Interstate traffic noise non stop. Fresh water hookup had a light brown appearance.

Eagles Roost RV Resort – Amazing Hospitality & Beautiful Grounds (10/10) Eagles Roost is one of those campgrounds that truly stands out—not just for its beauty but for the kindness of its owners. After the devastation of Hurricane Helene, they generously let us stay for free, showing just how much they care about their guests. That kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated! The campground itself is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, stores, and the scenic lakes of Lake Park, GA. The sites are spotless, with concrete pull-through pads that make setup a breeze. The public bathrooms and showers are some of the cleanest we’ve seen, which is always a huge plus. Full hookup amenities make for a comfortable stay, and there’s even a pool—a great way to cool off and relax! One of the unique perks is the neighboring flea market—busy but full of charm, with fresh fruits, vegetables, and unique finds. The entire atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone we met, from staff to fellow campers, was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! If you want to see more of our travels, check us out on TikTok/Instagram (@alaynamscwain) where we share our journey and amazing campgrounds like this one. 10/10—definitely a must-visit!

The RV park has been ravaged by the hurricanes over the last several years including Helene. They lost many trees and damaged the rest of them. The RV park is a great location for overnight stays if you're traveling to Florida or back north due to being close to the highway. It has a small pool, swing set shuffle board and etc. which are old and not maintained. Overall it is a good place to stop overnight on your way through to your final destination.

Gorgeous campground resort right along interstate 75. Beautiful, peaceful, and roomy. Perfect in and out when you are heading to Florida. Also very very safe. Highly suggest staying here.

This place was just what we needed to wait out the final hours of the year. A peaceful and quiet and gorgeous location. And the flea market was pretty good too. Lol.

Beautiful park and excellent for big rigs. Unlike a previous reviewer, we found the park could accommodate our over 50 ft combined truck and 5th wheel RV without a problem. As for all parks, we drive slowly, while one person drives and the other guides our rig into the site. There are many long pull-through sites that can accommodate a big rig, just have to maneuver around the beautiful trees.

sometimes post a review when I first arrive if I had a good experience. The person when I called for a reservation was very helpful. When I arrived it was the same person and she welcomed me. I posted five stars but have changed it to 3. A problem at this park is the constant falling of chestnuts on the roof of my RV. Why they dont try to knock them down is beyond me. Or at least warn the guests. My first night was constant banging on the roof. So in the morning I went in and asked if I could switch to the spot next to me as there were no trees because of wires passing overhead. If not there maybe a different one with less trees. The girl immediately said 'NO'. I asked if there were any slots available and was told NO again. I went back and had a second night of constant banging. When I woke up I could see that not only was the spot next to me empty but about 5 just around me were MT. Why she would lie about it is beyond me. The picture shows the MT spots.

DO NOT park here if you have a rig over 38 feet. We damaged both sides of our Riverstone 43 ft rig. Too many trees, avoid if you have a big rig!! Guess we will be making an insurance claim for at least $10,000 Avoid This PLACE if you have a big rig!! And the noise from I-75 is so loud!!! Might as well parked on the exit ramp. Horrible experience and cost us so much money in repairs!!! Never park here again!!!
