I wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone! Homeless people continuously wandering the park day and night, these people are around the dumpster morning, night and in between! Grounds are not kept up. We noticed German cockroaches outside… My fiancé had to purchase a weed eater to keep the grass down. There was a street light that flashed like a strobe light the entire time we were there, the light was fixed the last week that we were there. The park will rent to “anyone”! The park is dirty! Towards the end of our stay, the neighbor decided to catch a picnic table on fire right beside our travel trailer… the park maintenance person didn’t notice until our last day when the septic backed up at the park and then he told us that the people had been kicked out of every park around! Yet, they accepted them! While the maintenance guy was fixing the sewer we went to the store for maybe an hour, while at the store someone there stole our sewer hoses! All in an hour! Please use caution if you plan to stay at this park!

Friendly folks that operate & live here. They answered their phone after hrs & accommodated us for an overnight stay. They have back in & pull through sites. Another worker helped us park. We got a pull through, even though we arrived late in the day. Nice concrete porch next to the RV with a charming. It’s in a nice wooded area & was surprisingly cool for a TX summer day. Nothing fancy, but it was a pleasant experience. Looks like most people live here long term, but they were nice. Conveniently located to 1-10, lots of shopping, restaurants & gas.

Peaceful RV park in heart of Beaumont, Texas with shaded trees. Friendly staff and quiet place. I brought my 25ft camper for a contract in the area. The Rv park is affordable as well with all bills paid. Hate those penny pinching places charging you for every step you take. Best part is the burger place across the street and dollar general right next to it. Felt like home away from home, I miss the spot :/
