If zero was an option I would give it 0 stars! And if you drive an EV, stay away from this place!!! This is the Owner…. Unplugging my charger cable and chopping it with an axe. I plugged in my car to the RV spot with my charger and immediately walked inside as indicated on the sign “register and pay inside”. He (Grant, the owner) walked out the back door with an axe, destroyed my property and then charged me $45 dollars only for me to walk back to my destroyed charger. Luckily my dash cam caught it all. And after being confronted, he lied and denied it all.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely do not go to East of Zion RV Park if you drive a Tesla—or if you expect even the bare minimum of professionalism. I paid to charge my car here, plugged it in, and left it to charge like any normal human would. Not even 30 minutes later, some unhinged man named Grant unplugged my car and, get this—cut my charging cable in half. With what? I have no idea. Hatchet? Power tools? Rage? When I confronted him, he acted like I was the problem. No apology. No refund. Just straight-up aggression and zero accountability. Who destroys someone’s EV charger for using a charger they paid for?! Completely insane. This isn’t just bad service—it’s downright malicious. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Steer clear unless you want your property vandalized by a man who clearly shouldn’t be running any kind of business, let alone one that pretends to welcome travelers. Tesla owners: YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

1 star for being close to Zion entrance but check in wasn’t pleasant and not your typical intro. Cost a bit too much for no showers and laundry onsite. Blah
