We never had this problem until the new owners took over. They are a big corporation and doesn't do anything around our court, except raise our rent, it has doubled in 2 years since they took over. Not happy

This place is a joke, It is way overpriced for what they offer. Bathrooms are disgusting & smell. Laundry room dryers are still broke after months of asking to be fixed correctly (have to tape doors shut or just don’t dry). Huge pot holes right as you pull in and all along the loop. “Lawn maintenance” just mows over all trash. Plus a PDF lives here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

This place is not only way overpriced. It used to be fair. I've also seen them discriminating on numerous tenants. Pounding on doors like they're the police. This place should be investigated for they conduct business.

More of a mobile park than an rv spot. They did have a couple of rv spots open.

Great place to set up our home. Its quiet and just off the road. Management is polite and helpful.

The owners constantly harass my friend who rents there. Also they won't take your rent from anyone but you! So if you are working your mother couldn't drop your rent check off. Super inconvenient and just does not make sense! They also own hillside village.

This was a very convenient for us to get in and out of with our RV as we toured the Billings area. The owner and his son were very helpful when we arrived. The laundry and shower room were nice and clean.

Pretty expensive. $200+ a week. No wifi and the bathroom is single occupancy. Which hasn't been an issue for me since I'm here working nights. Could be tough though. The bathroom is cleaner than most though and ,at least they're open all year. An RV spot in Colestrip for example is $200 a month.
