We stayed one night in non smoking king bed room. Phone had died right before we got there. He still made check in so easy. Very nice staff all around. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot and clean. Breakfast was good and filling. They had biscuits, sausage gravy, toast, muffins, and 3 kinds of cereal. Apple and orange juice and coffee with 3 creamer plus milk. Will definitely stay there next trip.

Very friendly, helpful staff at the desk. Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet location. Justa a really great value. I would stay here again.

Room was kinda stinky. Staff was ok. I do find it rude when workers start speaking in a different language in front of customers after they've exhibited really good English. I don't have a problem in general with people speaking their native language but they shouldn't do it in the middle of checking a customer in.

The room was clean and the service was great! It was a little further away than where I was going, but worth it. The price was great. If you have a choice between this and Days Inn in Cullman, pay the extra $10 or $15, trust me. Days Inn is nasty.

Booked a room for my husband and daughter for one night. They were going to the Rock the South concert there in Culman. I called in advance to make sure for a ground level room as this hotel does not have an elevator. My husband is abive the knee amputee and uses a wheelchair. They called the day of their stay to let front desk know it would be midnight for their check-in. Front desk person said no problem. Their room was paid for (at just under $300 due to the concert!) They arrived after midnight to find their lower level room was taken and all they had was on 2nd level. Can't get a refund now due to the time if day and all the desk person could say was "sorry, only room is 2nd level"! They had to drive back home because no hotels within many cities due to that big concert! Don't expect good service from this place!!!
