We called this park for a site for one night. We needed a big rig pull thru space. No one answered the phone and no one called us back. We read on the website about the online reservation so we did that. It was easy to do with some detailed reading. It showed a pull thru big rig site, so we reserved that. When we got here, no one was around or in the small office. It said to call the number shown but we knew no one would answer it. Played that game already. We were able to look at their large map display to direct us to the site. Their sites are situated back to back, sharing your site with the camper next to facing each other. Two campers share one hookup. It's not bad if you like your neighbors, but horrible if they have kids or dogs who won't stay on their own side of the site. No privacy in your campsite. We won't be using their facilities; just spend one nite and on our way. Most of the sites appear to be permanent, but clean. A few of the sites had some RVs in need of repairs. The sites are all gravel with no grass. There is some grass to walk your dog. We looked for the dog run, but no one knew where it was. After checking the map and reading the reviews, we're glad we didn't find it, even though it was behind the house. Campers posted there were vicious dogs on the other side of the fence and they got thru the fence to hurt campers' dogs. We wouldn't go there. There is some highway noise. The restroom has a combination lock on it. We got several television channels. The entrance drive is narrow with a deep ditch on both sides, so we had to be careful not to put our 65 feet off length in the ditch on either side. This is a really small park. There are others in the area. It looks like this park is getting some improvements. Knowing what we know now, we would stay here again. However, we're not giving them five stars because no one answers the phone and no one called us back. No one was available to assist us when we got here. That shows a lack of customer service. They also lack another star for not being accurate on their description of facilities, like no dog run.

I live here as a permanent resident, and it's wonderful!! The pond is quiet and peaceful, while the ducks there offer entertainment. You'll quack up at them! There's family friendly activities with White Sands being nearby, and it's 45 minutes to the Inn of the Mountain God's Resort.

We went to the designated, fenced in dog run to let our dog use the bathroom. While we were there, two vicious dogs on the adjoining property came through the loose bottom of the fence and attacked our dog. The police came and informed us that the same dog had been reported before. Also, one of the managers came over to our RV to check on us because we called the office and he said "yeah those dogs are mean, I wouldn't go in there". I told him it might be a good idea to let people know and also consider fixing the fence. They said they would refund our money and we left without staying. There were 19 beer cans and a ton of cigarette butts on the ground at the camper next to where we were. We picked this place because the pictures were nice and most reviews were good, but I did see a couple of similar ones including one that mentioned the dogs. Unfortunately I didn't see the bad ones before going there.

Conveniently located not far from downtown. Very clean restrooms and driveways seem kept up. Too many long term units. More like a trailer park vs an rv park. Site next to us had beer cans and cigarette butts all over.

Quiet, convenient location. Nice little pond on the property where you can sit under a weeping willow tree and count the ducks. No frills, but we prefer atmosphere over entertainment.

Great RV park right off the highway, but not too noisy where we were at. Very friendly hosts. Level site, full hook ups. Available laundry and bath house. Only 1 shower and toilet. Only negative was WIFI had a weak signal.

Apparently under new ownership. Our first time staying here. Convenient to Alamogordo. You can tell this is an older park under going renovations and face lift. Be careful of the entry is narrow. We will stay here again.

Tom greeted us so kindly:) He found us a spot tonight when we didn't have a reservation. Put us up in #3. He was So helpful and I explained everything about the property, the process, where to pay, where to do laundry, etc etc. He also offered us a town map and (drawn by him!) to let us know all the places for restaurants and groceries and more. Convenient location right off the main strip and close to the highway. Definitely recommend!!
