I like this place, management was really nice and the park was clean. Tenants I met very nice. I wanted to lease a lot for at least 5 years, and wanted to see if the back lots would accommodate me 14x65 unit. Never received a call, but either way would have been nice to know one way or another if it was or was not doable. My plan was to transition to one of there units they are selling because they were super nice refurbished homes

My husband and I love living here. It's a quite community and most importantly we feel safe here. The staff is very kind as well from the maintenance men who work the park everyday to Brandon in the sales office.

I love the rv/mobile home space that we live on.....but there is no light on our street so our bikes were stolen and homeless person roam our site at night. The school district is amazing otherwise I would be planning to move. There is no on site laundry and the pool is a work in progress.
