My husband and I love living here. It's a quite community and most importantly we feel safe here. The staff is very kind as well from the maintenance men who work the park everyday to Brandon in the sales office.

I love the rv/mobile home space that we live on.....but there is no light on our street so our bikes were stolen and homeless person roam our site at night. The school district is amazing otherwise I would be planning to move. There is no on site laundry and the pool is a work in progress.

This place is always neat and tidy, it seems. I appreciate this. People seem to always be moving with purpose as opposed to groups just loitering around. There's never any litter. However, there's problems with cars being broken into.
