We were just looking for easy access off the highway to stop and sleep and that’s what you get here. Big gravel lot with pull through spaces. Shaded playground is nice but beware of sticker burrs all over the ground. This was our first experience with these and they tore the kids feet up. Laundry and game area are a nice bonus.

Down on extended business, cabin is spacious, clean, fully furnished with cold AC. Major plus. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Laundry is on site and reasonably priced. Approximately three miles from facility, so very little commute. Overall, great spot. Oh free WIFI, that works.

My boyfriend and I love this park! We have stayed at several parks in Big Spring and, this one is by far the best. They have great rates, a great laundry area, and a wonderful exercise room. It is also very clean and quiet. The manager Darlene is super sweet too. We come to Big Spring every so often for my boyfriend's job, and this will the only park we stay at for now on.

Poorly managed property We arrived on Tuesday evening to a room with a broken lock, which we didn't find out until we unloaded. During their attempt to inspect the lock, they locked my service animal in that room. We had to wait for office staff to come get her and my stuff out at 10pm. Day 2, cabin temperatures reach mid 80s at peak of day. I called and explained that my service animal cannot handle these temperatures, and we would like to leave. We asked for the remaining days of the week to be refunded. They then informed me they don't do refunds (which was never discussed, nor did I sign any paperwork stating this) Stay away. Plenty of other great cabin rentals in the area

Stayed here for one night. Price was good...we paid $39.96 with a discount. Full hookups and the gravel site was level. We stayed in site A1. We were able to book online, which made it super simple. The lady in the office was very friendly. The bathrooms/showers located inside the clubhouse were very clean and private. They do have a laundry, but we did not use it, though it looked nice. Easy on and off the highway. The park is right next to the highway, but we didn't hear it when sleeping. The wifi did not work that great, so we used our hotspot.

Maintenance guy is really nice, he’s a good guy, everyone that works here is great and the park is really big, parked in the very back and I had so much space for all my vehicles and the wifi is great

Had never stayed in a cabin and I loved it! Arlene the manager was super sweet makes the stay more comfortable when the staff is nice. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Totally recommend it!
