I spent a week cleaning up this RV park for the season to get it ready for guests and visitors alike. I was never paid and when I inquired about payment in a polite and courteous manner they said I was no longer permitted upon the premises. I would advice others to be wary about this park and the accountability. They said they have cameras and when I said great it will back up the work I've done they said I could no longer view the cameras. They are extremely dishonest and are criminals.

Beautiful RV resort with nice shaded RV spots. Long term RVs have the option of the nicer sites. Short term lots are very nice as well, but not as well shaded. Park is open April through mid-October. No rooms here. RV and trailer parking only.

This was a great spot to stay for a couple days between destinations. The park itself was very clean and neat. It’s one of the best groomed resorts we have stayed at. There were a lot of full time people people living here. We got a space with a couple of months notice no problem. I would say this was the nicest park around in the area of Heber. Our spot had full hook ups. The spaces are tight if you don’t mind being close to your neighbor, it’s a great place. We would come back again to stay.

Beautiful pines. Nice staff. They pick up garbage 3 times a week, clean the dog park regularly and have toys for the dogs. There is a washer and dryer for items with animal hair. Lots of seasonal and annual sites that are well maintained but somewhat limited sites for short term stays.

I don't have any experience staying here as we actually live full time in the area, however, I like to drive around in the park sometimes just to see how cute everything is. It reminds me of when I use to go into the mountains as kid and would camp in a resort, then return to city life. I definitely would recommend checking this place out if you're 55+, it seems to be one of the nicer resorts in the area and many, many people are here in the summer so I'm assuming management is pleasant. Clean and well maintained and within walking distance is a Dollar General.
