First time visitors. Campsites are gravel sites, not exceptionally level and quite close together. Utilities worked as expected. We didn’t try the WiFi. During our final couple of days there, the garbage dumpster was 100% full. Easy access to the Alpine Loop. Onsite employees were friendly.

Beautiful spot! Town is close and pretty. View is great! Wifi not great, but if you intend to be outdoors, not an issue. Ice, laundry & showers available on-site.

We really liked Lake City, but we can't say the same for the RV Park. We went with a big group in July—seven RVs and a bunch of cabins—and spent over $3,000. So, we decided to go back, just my husband and me, for a week. The new trip cost $328. Unfortunately, we had a family conflict and had to cancel. We did it really fast—within a week of making the reservation and with more than two weeks to go before we were supposed to get there. The park has this rule about canceling 30 days ahead of time, but we didn't even make the reservation that far out. The real problem, though, is how the owner handled it. We tried to get in touch so many times—through calls, emails, everything—and they just completely ignored us. We never heard a single thing back. It's just a total lack of courtesy.

We had an end site which was good sized, other sites seemed quite small. We were taken back by the inhospitable welcome we received when we parked away from the office, not realizing where to best park when checking in. She was surprisingly rude and invited us to leave, even when we apologized for our error. When we greeted her later, she didn't look at us or speak. We won't be back. Our son stayed in a cabin which he said was comfortable.

Easy access to Alpine Loop and you can walk to all the local shops. We have a 40’ toy hauler and it fit in the camping spot with no issues. Owners are super helpful and friendly. Ice, firewood and propane are available and reasonably priced.
