The new management team is awesome. We feel safer and they are getting rid of the trouble makers and drug houses in here. Jen is doing a great job. Love the neighborhood watch going around in golf carts. John is so caring and helps out all the time.

New management is worse than previous management, which is unreal because I didn’t think you could get worse. They bullied my daughter till she moved out, increasing her rent by $50 each month. They illegally Obtained access to her mailbox without going through the post office. Now they are throwing out a disabled woman with Brain damage because they don’t like her. They gave her 30 days to get out. This is the worst place I have ever seen. They are bullies and they discriminate. Electrical Is awful. Can’t even use the clubhouse because the roof was damaged and they aren’t fixing it. Can’t use the restrooms either but yet they still charge you and call a resort. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. We have attorneys involved now.. They can’t get away with what they do.

Although we are new here in EG. We absolutely love the place. Great neighborhood. Jenn the manager is absolutely amazing. She definitely has made it a pleasure to be here. You can see her riding around in the day and at night making sure everything is right.She goes above and beyond for my family and I have to believe she does this for everyone. We appreciate everything.

I have lived here for a few years, I own my home and absolutely love the new management. Jen gets things done, there is no waiting, we now have a community watch, Jen drives here golf cart around until the wee hours of the morning and she enforces the rules, Jen will stop what she is doing to listen to her residents. I hope she stays here. Joan in the office is such a nice person to talk to and I can’t forget John the maintenance technician, he really knows what he is doing!!

Yikes. It was a last minute booking so I was expecting clean but without amenities. This place was really run down- old carpet covering dirt and electrical wires in our site. Neighbors trailer was very rundown and there was a constant strong smell of weed. I wouldn’t recommend this spot. Utilities on our site worked and we had enough room for a 24’ Class C and an SUV.

Very friendly people!! Everyone is super nice. Everything was clean and well kept. The only reason it isn't 5 stars: big RVs can find a deep lot, but it's a bit tight getting around. For smaller RVs this is a great little place!!

Mostly an RV and mobile home park with very few vacationers, if any. Lovely pool, nice and clean as was the shower house. Laundry room needs a little work. Very kind and helpful staff. Pretty quiet.
