Great campground and I like natural campground in a forest setting which this is not but I will say this one is top notch in other ways . Bathroom and showers were great. Clean all the time. They delivered firewood and ice to the trailer for us. They worked with me as I got sick and had to stay one more night until I was able to drive. They put a hold on the site until I felt better so I didn't have to move the trailer or leave. The lady at the front desk was a amazing !

This location had the potential to be a great resort, but they were a bit greedy when they designed the campsites. Most of the campsites are very close to each other. In addition, the roadways are very narrow and can create some challenges maneuvering into your site. We were fortunate to have a good neighbor, who volunteered to move his truck to free up space. View of the lake is great, from most sites. Upon arrival the first interaction with an employee was great, beyond that, most employees were not very friendly. When I asked about propane refills, I was told the price is $7.00 per pound. I asked, are you sure it is per pound and was told, yes, per pound. That equates to $29.68 per gallon. I went to a local Ace Hardware and paid $5.99 per gallon. Although, I suspect the employee simply didn’t know the real price at the resort, if $7.00 per pound is correct, that is ridiculous. Overall the location is reasonably convenient to drive to Nashville attractions. Although, you should pack your patience to deal with traffic at times. Doubtful that we would return.

Perfect for a weekend retreat or an extended vacation. This place is nestled in the hills by Percy Priest Lake, and has many convenient stores, restaurants, and activities nearby. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance crew is on-site for any issues that may arise. If you need a breather and you have an RV, you must check it out!

This place is stunning. Super clean, Super quiet. The lake front views and breeze you get all day is epic! If you want a place just outside the city this is your spot. Gated access was awesome. It kept unwanted people out of the campgrounds.

Stayed for the first time. We booked online. Our site was a bit to difficult to access with our big rig. The manager saw our hesitation as we approached the site and quickly offered to resign us to something a little easier. We were grateful for the option. We enjoyed the views of Percy Priest lake from our campsite. The peninsula is beautiful. Great place to take a walk. Grounds were well kept. The RV park is gated for safety. The pool is beautiful. Nice food truck for lazy lunch days. The band that was playing on Saturday night was awesome! We can't wait to visit again next year! Thanks for an awesome stay.

Very nice campground. Well spaced lots. Each lot is wide enough to park a vehicle beside you. There was a band in Friday and Saturday night that we weren't aware of so we missed it. We would come again.

The views are amazing. Pool is not clean. They mowed the laws and weed eat while here and did not blow of the grass from concrete. Dog park is nasty... For the money you spend the grounds and amenities should be better.

One of the best RV parks i’ve stayed at thus far. Gated, beautiful, well kept grounds right off Percy Priest Lake. They had a great live band by the pool on a Saturday night. Only minor complaint I have is there is only a single narrow one-way road that goes through a good chunk of the park which leads to a quite a bit of traffic noise from vehicles passing almost constantly throughout the day. Just make a note of that and try to not get such a centralized spot like we did and you might be fine.

No matter where you find your self in life - single, a couple, a family with kids of any age or retirees enjoying life on the road - this RV resort has what you are looking for on your journey. We stayed for 8 days after I screwed up our reservation and they were kind enough to quickly accommodate my mistake within minutes. everything there was clean and neat. All of the amenities were in perfect working condition. The pool was clean and well-tended every single day. The staff takes great care to make sure the campgrounds all are in clean, excellent condition. The office staff was very friendly and helpful with us. We enjoyed talking with everyone. My husband got to know the care taker and he was very helpful and friendly with my husband. You can tell that they take great pride in this resort. We made sure to book our vacation for next year. We plan to become regulars there every year. I cannot say enough good things about Elm Hill RV Resort!

I have mixed feelings about this park. If you're traveling in a large class A, you might want to skip this park. I wish I would have read a few more reviews before making the reservation. The camp is beautiful, lots of lake side spots. Not super spacious, but not too close. However if you are in a Class A, you will be put in the back of the park, parked parallel to a about an 8 foot stone wall. You're connections are up against that wall. Don't park too close or your sides will hit it the wall. Now for your door and awning. Both are face the street, parallel. Cars and golf carts pretty much drive through constantly. All the sites are concrete and it is hot, with heat radiating off the stone wall and concrete. Travel Trailers and 5th wheels, go for it, you will back right up to the lake if you get those spots. It's a nice park with a pool and marina not far away. This isn't a bad park by any means, just not for larger rigs. I guess the clerk forgot...she asked us if we wanted to buy firewood, those inside sites don't have fire rings.
