Stayed here during a cross country trip. Sorts were clean, laundry was clean but the had some issues with their payment system. Tried to go in to pay three times and it was down. On our checkout day, it was still down. There were four or five people inside standing around and honestly just awkwardly staring at me. I asked to pay and they couldn’t and asked if they could write down my credit card number on a piece of paper. Honestly, I’ve done it before… On this occasion there were at least three people leaning against the counter like I was an ATM, so I said, “No, call me when it’s back online”. No joke, someone called me back something like 10 days later and said, “I need your credit card number or we’ll ban you for life”. Yeah… not a problem

Stayed here for 3 months. I want to give a special thanks to Diedra and James. They are very nice people. Never had one complaint about this park. Grass is always cut and park is clean. Great water pressure and never had 1 power outage on my 50 Amp. Evrything you need is within 10 minute drive! Good prices too. I would recommend 👌

We Spent 3 months here at the Park as my wife is a Travel Nurse. the park is a older run down park that needs a lot of upkeep and love! We never once used the bath house as I was afraid of the place in general! The managers are nice ,the owners are nice also but not willing to spend any money doing anything, the park has not been updated in maybe 25 years or more the paved roads are a disaster and the park is not even close to level. but we are thankful we had a place to park as there are no other choices within miles thats had any availability! We did feel safe and Welcomed.

The park is nice! The office staff was friendly until they got paid! The wifi is practically nonexistent unless you are sitting at the office!! Laundry facilities are ok. Although the site shows a pool there is not one!! Neighborhood is a little sketchy!! Gun shots and police sirens were a common occurrence! There are Project housing on one side and the other side has loading docks that start about 4:00 am making loud noises!! The RV park’s caretakers had a Molotov cocktail thrown at their place when we were there!! They evicted a family with an autistic child because they refused to get rid of their dog! I moved closer to work one day before my glasses arrived in the mail and they would not hold them for me to pick up and returned them as unknown address!! We also had a big ant problem and they sprayed for fire ants in the field but not around the campers or for the other ants!! The campers shared power poles and they had one 50 and one 30 amp plug on the pole. One of the campers had to have an adapter because both were 30 amps and we were not warned ahead and had to go looking for adapters late at night!!After staying for a month we couldn’t got out of here fast enough!!
