All my wife and I can say is, WOW! We booked this as a two night stop over in-between visiting family, and what a find this was. 76 full hookup sites and we were blessed enough to reserve one of the few they have right by the private beach and Santa Rosa Sound. The sounds and views are amazing. We walked the 300' pier, but didn't do any fishing. The sun rise and sun sets were breathtaking. The facilities themselves were very clean and well maintained. The small pavilion with rocking chairs was a very nice touch, and so many of the guests enjoyed the heated pool. If possible, we would definitely like to come back here.

This is by far the worst RV park ever. Three campers moved in right behind us all from the same place, quite time is from 10pm till 8am. But that didn't matter, after 10 the noise, their kids running and screaming up and down the road their dogs barking, loud music playing. So we called the rv parks emergency number, well, they did nothing. So we went and ask them to be quite that made it worse, then at 6 am the next day they were out working on their campers and vehicles. We went to the front desk to ask them to see if they would hold the noise down, the two women acted like it was an inconvenience, then I told them we didn't feel safe being in the park with all the drunks and drinking that went on. They would not give us a refund, I told them that I believed we were being targeted by these people for asking them to hold the noise down. I told the ladies we felt unsafe in their rv park, they did not care, so we left. We still had nine 9 days left. They did not care at all. I do not recommend Emerald beach rv park. It is unsafe. The people that was making all the noise did not speak english.

Very good experience here stayed for a week. The staff were very friendly. Providing a list of good restaurant recommendations in the area and helping with sourcing needed items locally in the area. The dog park was convenient even providing a place for them to get into the sound. The pool was very nice and relaxing. Park was clean and felt very private. I would recommend for anyone looking for a place on rhe beach to stay to come here

We had a fabulous time! The bay area was my favorites! Lounge chairs with permanent wooden umbrellas was the best! Our kids enjoyed it as well. The pool was perfect temperature and very clean as well! The only downside was no umbrellas for shade at the pool 😭 If I could make any suggestion, that would be it. Staff was very friendly! Will definitely be back!

Located on a busy highway with no amenities around. Stuck between 2 subdivisions the RV park is beyond dreadful. NO beach. They show you one. It's maybe 200 ft on an inlet not the ocean. You can NOT walk the beach cause there isn't one! Their planned activity was a covered dish supper on Saturday which was pot luck filled with elderly. There pool is in the front by the street and very limited hours. I will never go there again!

The park is so nice and clean. Plenty of parking for RVs and visitor parking. Good sized outdoor pool with seating. Two very nice bath houses. The end of the lot is located on the bay and there are RV spots there too. There’s a large covered pavilion with seating. Well kept pier for fishing. The clubhouse is under used but very nice. The park is located across the street from a new urgent care, Dunkin’ Donuts and convenient to Publix grocery, and lots of dining options.

What a lovely quaint park! While traveling across the country we needed a place to stay for two nights. We booked about a week out, and while traveling we encountered some RV repairs that set us back a day. We called ahead to let them know and they graciously changed our reservation to accommodate the last minute travel changes (thank you!!). The sites are decent and while not super tight, they aren't "spacious". We have a 41' 5th wheel that took up the entire site, and with double slides, we didn't have parking at our site. That being said, there was available parking within 10 yards of our spot, so it was easy. There are trees and grass between sites which was lovely! The park also has a dog park that opens to the water and our pups had a blast. We didn't utilize the human beach, and opted to just dip our toes in the water where the dogs were playing. It looked really nice though! There is also a Pier and wonderful cabana with rocking chairs overlooking the water. The park is nearby and urgent care, Wal-Mart, and grocery stores as well as local hotshots and restaurants. We ate at Shrimp Basket and it was great! We will absolutely be back next time we are passing through! The park owners and workers clearly care about their property and guests. Well done!!

From the moment we checked in until we left, we felt so warm and welcomed! The park was super clean and nice and quiet, making it the perfect getaway. If you're searching for a beautiful, well-kept RV park, look no further! The staff was absolutely friendly, and everything was tidy and well-maintained. The bathrooms were spotless too! We parked on the beach side, which was fantastic—we loved relaxing on the deck and soaking up the sun on those comfy lounge chairs. It's definitely a place we'd recommend!

We have been traveling to sites like this for a year. This was by FAR the worst experience we have had. We were walking towards the dog beach and my husband was carrying our paddle board. He dropped our (extremely well trained) dog’s leash by accident and I immediately picked it up. A bald man on a golf cart sped up to us and lectured us for about 5 minutes on the leash policy. I wonder if he has ever dropped anything by accident. Later that same day he drove up to our campsite and told us we are “Not welcome back next year because of the type of rig we have.” How extremely rude he was…and he went on and on for another 5 minutes. We weren’t planning on coming back. Ever. I have never been treated so poorly at one of these sites. There are others just a few miles away. Go to those!! This one is also extremely crowded. No personal space. The shower in the women’s bath house was out of order. The lady in the front office was not friendly. My family member tripped and fell on uneven surfaces and was hurt pretty badly. 1/10 rating. I would AVOID this place if you care how you will be treated.

This place is amazing! The spots are wonderful a some even are directly facing the water. The bathhouses are so clean and the water pressure is top tier! We had the best time and can’t wait to go back! Check in, check out even extending our stay was all very easy. The people we met were some of the greatest people and hope to visit with them in the future! This park is located close to gas, shopping and so much great food. Truly a hidden gem!

It's 9:40 p.m. and the booms from the nearby munitions testing facility are still going strong. Our dog has been shaking for hours and we finally had to sedate him. Not the place for dogs who are scared of thunder- or fireworks-like sounds.

Beautiful campground and the staff were all very kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our granddaughter had a blast! We will definitely be back

The sites are a little funky with the parking to the side. We didn't know this, so we parked our camper wrong; then, once we noticed the parking pad, it was too late to move everything. Just a little something extra, they could clue the 1st timers in on at the office during check-in. Very quiet park. It's a pretty cool little coastal town. If you use this stretch of hwy to pass through, it definitely a reasonable place to stay.

We got lucky at the last minute to get a site. Friendly office staff and when we arrived we were greeted nicely. Sites are clean, a tad bit tight but they work well with it being a beach destination. A very nice play park for the dogs and a little beach section for them too. We enjoyed the little beach with chairs to relax and catch a few rays. We’d certainly come back again.

Everything you could dream of in an RV resort. Right on white sand beach with loungers and RV spots that back up to a perfect view. Separate white sand dog beach that my dogs absolutely loved. Fishing pier and cover veranda with fire pit to watch the sun go down. One of the best RV parks we have stayed at.
