No longer known as Emerald Coast RV Resort but none the less great peaceful park to setup in with pools and amenities for all.

Great views, bay access, nice seating areas by the water. In the back on the bay they have a little beach area where you can swim and they have out nice lounger chairs and umbrellas. There is a pier. They also have a large covered area with chairs so you can sit in the shade and a pier. I didn’t go in but saw a game room/activity room and a grill. They have a pool but we didn’t use it. We didn’t look at much else because we were always in the back under the covered awning watching the water and wildlife if we were here and not gone to the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach in the gulf. The spots aren’t all long enough to park in front of the RV depending on the size of your RV but they do provide a little parking pad for each spot to the side for use. There is some shade here which is nice. The water pressure wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible. The road out front is very busy. Lots of people speeding down it. We were so busy in the few days we were here I forgot to take pics.

We only stayed one night when we picked up our new RV in the Panama City area, but the Emerald Cost RV resort was beautiful. Our site was spacious, private, and right on the water. We definitely plan to stay again when in the area.

Love this place!! Paved road and sidewalks make less mess going to the pool and park and back to tge RV. 2 pools are lovely and a family restroom makes helping my opposite gendered kids through showers easy-peasy.
