This year we set up our Company Summer Party at Emerald Lake in Puslinch. I have to say, I highly recommend this location for family or company outings. Their customer service is second to none. Our employees loved the floating waterpark, the beach, the water slide and the cliff jumping, among several other activities they had at the site that we could do. Everyone had something to do, all at the same time, so no one was left out waiting at any point in time. Before this outing, I myself had actually gotten sick and couldn’t make it. I still had employees admission tickets with me… Scotty, the lady that set up the event for me, took care of the employees that I had the tickets for and made sure everyone still got into the park flawlessly. I had very good feedback from all our employees and we will definitely look at having another event at this location next summer! Thank you to all the staff at Emerald Lake for making our event a success!

We had the simple cabin. It was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The campground is well maintained and very nice. The waterpark is very fun. My only complaint is that the staff member working this past Thursday evening was incredibly rude when I tried to purchase firewood. He swore and told me I waited until the last minute. Sorry sir that I was unaware of your business hours, all you had to do was politely tell me you were closed!

We went to the waterpark only for a day trip. It was fantastic! Lots to do and a really nice water area and beach! Clean facilities and friendly staff. Great for a day out but bring shade covers! Loses one star for being a bit understaffed with only 3 lifeguards for a huge area. They were diligent and alert, but it's a lot for them.

Awesome place to enjoy summer. Doesn’t matter if you have kids, are a kid, or just an adult looking for an adventure/fun in the sun. The lake isn’t huge so beware. Has a jumping cliff, large inflatables, and a water slide. Food was pretty decent and reasonably priced - the staff was super sweet. Approximately 4/5 lifeguards on active duty throughout the day and they take their jobs quite seriously! Safety first here. It’s $25 per person and a $5 parking fee. Definitely recommend for summer fun to get out of the house for a bit.

My friends and I went there for one day. We paid $20.00 each to get in. They do have a free parking lot for us to park our vehicles with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. We went swimming and we had to wear a life jacket. Everyone has to wear a life jacket before going in the water. If you don't wear one, they will not let you swim and participate in other water activities. We had to pay to rent them. I heard from my brother that we can bring our own life jackets to wear. My friends and I enjoyed swimming. The weather was warm and sunny. They do have a store to buy food and beverages. They do have restrooms and also have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They have baseball diamonds if you want to play a game or practice. You can call or go on the website to book ahead. They also have an area to play volleyball, etc. After we went swimming, we went for a walk in their trails. It was great. I have heard that the people had their private wedding and reception at this location, private meetings, etc.. We can call or go online and book ahead. It's a nice place to bring your camper, stay in a cabin, or live there permanently. They do allow the people to bring their pet dogs.
